Some time ago, I got this cool keychain with a knot and a phone charger as a gift. As the time passed, I carried it with me all the time and I found it quite handy. Unfortunately, the small rubber part that connects the cable with the keychain broke after a year and a half or say two, I can't clearly remember. I contacted the Native Union support, explained my problem, and asked if I can possibly receive only the spare part. I was willing to pay for it, but to my surprise as a service recovery I received completely new keychain! Therefore I just wanted to thank Native Union for this gesture and to warmly recommend their products. As you see, even out of warranty, they do their best to keep the customer satisfied. Way to go! Thanks a million!
