Each year gets worse and worse. Last year, they dramatically raised prices on items on their website. This year, they dramatically decreased the money with benefits. So now, I can barely get anything. These people do not care about you or your health. All they care about is money. This country is so messed up, and this company is just more proof that things need to change.

I had my quarterly benefit ($75) and rewards dollars ($76) still valid from 2024 in my balance. I went to Walgreens to buy Prevagen. It was denied. I called them from the store, after a 20 minute wait (I'm holding up a register) the agent, who had to get a supervisor, he didn't know why, said that the rewards money could only be used with their catalog. I agree with others here that they overcharge for OTC items that look like they come from the dollar store. This card did work 100% until the end of 2024. Why not now? Either they changed their policy about it (it sucks) or someone in IT screwed up and they are covering it up. I reported it to Blue Cross, made a formal complaint. Blue Cross' automated phone line which you get before you can talk to a person, said that they are not replacing benefits cards. Other people must have had the same problem. I'm not going to put in information for the "rewards" next time. It's too much work for stuff I could buy at the dollar store. Maybe that's their objective, make it worth so little and be a hassle so people won't bother and they'll save money.

I would also give them a zero. I am new with them through Verda Healthcare and so far it’s been a nightmare. I cannot get their app to open and Apple has been on a shared screen with me for an hour trying everything possible to solve the issue. I’ve written to the developer but we’ll see if I get a reply. I have called several times to report this issue and the agents haven’t a clue. This time, when my log-in details to the website wouldn’t work, they told me I hadn’t registered to activate the card. I told them that was surprising because I already had 5 seriously overpriced items in my shopping cart!! I reactivated my card and the items were still in my cart!! Without the app, if I go to the store I apparently have to type in the UP code of every item I want to buy to check if it’s eligible!! Really? I guess I’m going to have to spend the day there. Apparently, if the app finally opens after downloading it 6 times .. I can scan the same items to check but I’ve read it’s not accurate. I have to eat Gluten Free food so it’ll be interesting to see if anything is on their approved list. My grocery benefits card was so easy with my old MAP. I’m also having no luck finding out who the PERS company is they use and switching to it from mine. No one can even tell me if it’s through NB or Verda directly. When I call the Verda Customer “Experience” line and press the correct extension assigned to NB (groceries, gas, utilities, PERS etc)… I get a repetitive message that I’ve reached WOLFGANG PUCK customer service and to leave a message!!! Then there is no way to leave a message before the robot repeats the greeting. Wolfgang Puck? Anyone else experiencing this? Is this a sick joke? I have reported this 4 times now but nothing has changed. So far, I am happy with my medication thru Verda Healthcare’s online pharmacy and with my new PCP. But they need to dump these Scam artists now!!!

The debit card they provide you when going to one of their approved grocery stores and you swipe it to pay a message asks for a PIN number. There is no PIN number associated for it. When calling the company they tell you it is to be used as a credit card. Then they tell you, you may not be approved to use it for food. That is false information because it shows that several items including food items can be paid for with this benefit card. What is going on. There is no restrictions anywhere in the program to not include food. This will need to be handled legally or with government intervention and looked into immediately as people have signed up with Anthem insurance for including this benefit and no restrictions are there to deny this.

Tried to find website to register account/ review benefits. Spoke to Customer Service several time that directed me to key in a website which according to Google, does not exist. They are unable to provide a link via email. There should be a link within Jefferson Health Plans website that links to my NationsBenefit page. Second rate web designer! Beyond frustrated.

Their card does not work anywhere except for a very limited group of items at their own website. Although they lie and say it works a bogus list of stores. Including Walmart, (Walmart says it is not accepted for any product.) Other stores on the "list" include the tag office and the sheriff dept. You can only make one order, and you will lose all benefits if you don't order everything at one time. Even the facebook link on their site is bogus. Total scam.

I have turned your A$$ in for fraud and over charging your members. Boost is $9.82 for 6, your scam site is charging $20. I have sent over 30 letters to members of Congress. You have 10 days to stop your scam or you will pay ME!

This benefit nations is horrible. I got it with my Medicare advantage plan. The online products which are few are disgusting and high!!! I tried using it in the store and nothing was eligible. Price gauging is what this is!!!
