So tired of Anthem and this fraud of a company Nations Benefits. "Nations Benefits, your exclusive shipping..." Exclusive, meaning you can't get it anywhere else. If you're disabled you're screwed. NB has nothing available (no antifungal powder, no Eye Vitamins, hey,vrye vitamins are a biggy for seniors). Send an aid to Walmart with card and nothing is approved for OTC benefits. What's good having $55 every 3 months when NB does not sell what you need and th few items they do have are grossly overpriced. Anthem used to have Walmart as a shipper (or delivery with groceries) but they got greedy. I guess the CEO needs a few more million on his salary. Way to screw the disabled.

Horrible!! The absolute worst OTC and food benefit administrator. Food benefit card does not consistently work at the approved stores Kroger, Publix and Walmart. In addition you have to go into the store to use the card you cannot order online. But you can pay Instacart $20 of your benefit to order from them. OTC products are overpriced and cheap. They also consider a product like Ensure as a food not OTC like other companies. Finally, the utility benefit is trash. You do not have the benefit loaded to your card. You must pay the bill then mail, email or fax the paid bill into the insurer and wait for Nations to issue a paper check. I’m still waiting! Their customer service is unacceptable and I filed a complaint with Medicare on them and the insurer for promising all these benefits that are not readily available. I did not have these problems with Humana. Nations suck!!

I'm starting to wonder if these products are the ones so damaged the grocery store will not sell them or does Nations Benefits employ dumpster divers to retrieve canned goods to send out. Every box shipped to me has contained extremly dented cans - on the sides, or the seam, the top - it varies. Every single box shipped has dented cans - 4 out of 6 cans, 3 of 3, 2 out of 2 and so on. I try not to order canned goods because this occurs in EVERY shipment. A slight dent may be ok, of course, but some of the cans look crushed nearly in half, or the rim so damaged it will not open. What a terrible terrible waste. (So far, items in plastic jars and boxes have shipped well, no damage - unless you have a can - even one can in the shipping box - cracked open a jar, contents running on everthing and outside the box.) I doubt that will change, so just a suggestion, if you can get to the store, maybe buy the canned goods there -also they cost less so you'll have more money in that months grocery benefit.

I only had the box the insurance company sent and 1 I ordered. I hated the first one because I followed the instructions for preparing. So I switched to Cooks Unity. They have you warm them in the oven. The instructions on both tell you to heat too 165 for food safety. But when I ordered the salmon I thought you should cook to say 130. I don’t recommend not cooking to a safe temperature. I found that ruined the dish. I don’t cook mind to a safe temp but you should. I like the food to taste good. I don’t think the price is high for the convenience.

This company has some of the WORST and I do mean worst customer service! It is like that 90's call center customer service bad. I rarely run into this anymore. Most placers have found ways to either automate the service, for people to self serve quicker and more efficiently. Or the actual live customer service, is more friendly and helpful. Not only are they super slow to send your packages (been almost 2 weeks since ordering), but their customer service can only be done by phone to track your shipment of items. And the people on the other end of the phone are rude, condescending and clearly bored with their job. As soon as I called in to find out why the order hadn't shipped yet after nearly two weeks, all of the sudden it showed tracking on the computer, while we were on the phone. Kind of a strange coincidence that it appeared, while waiting on hold. Old folks depend on these supplies at times. And waiting 2 plus weeks for them to ship and arrive in today's world where you can order online and have many items same day is absurd. As much as they charge for items (way above regular retail price), it would seem they could afford to hire some email or live customer service for the website. If people in charge at Nations read this, please do better. Our seniors deserve better...

I see so many people who have problems with Nations Benefits. I have had absolutely no issues. I use my card in the stores. Works every time. My husband and I also qualify for the healthy groceries benefit due to separate medical problems. The card has always worked. So sorry people are having problems.

What a disappointment of a company like NationsBenefits. This is what NationsBenefits do and don't care for our elders and/or our disabled people. 1. Prices on NationsBenefits site is higher than stores. (Scammers) 2. Produce on NationsBenefits arrives bad, not even fresh. (Sad) 3. When you purchase on NationsBenefits site you pick the brand you like and they will send you the cheapest brand for the same price with horrible ingredients on label. (How disgusting) 4. You can not use the card at a regular online store, so if you're a person that it's hard for you to go in person to the store and you have to do your groceries online, well sadly you can not use the NationsBenefits card. (Wow, NationsBenefits, really, this is how low you go?!?!) 5. And if you don't use all your money by the end of month, it will not roll over. (This would not happen if the elderly or disabled people could use their card on regular online stores. What's really sad, this is in our own home USA.

They don't send you the brands and items you order and replace it with inferior subsitutes without your permission. The new benefits cards suck!!!! the previous otc cards cca used were much better.
