Ordering through this company is a joke and a waste of time and money. I ordered a 2 in diameter x 10ft long hose for a trash pump. They sell it online an in store. My local store didn't have it so I ordered online. A week later I received what looked like a glorified garden hose. I called telling them that there was an issue where they found out the part numbers in the warehouse are wrong. I fought for 3 days with 3 different to get someone to finally agree I got sent the wrong part. After driving 35 mins to a ups where they can ship it back & dealing with 2 more people I finally got a new one shipped and after waiting 4 more days I got home to find that I was sent the same exact hose they sent in the beginning and they can't understand why it's wrong. So now I have to send it back again and fight to get my money back cause obviously nobody knows how to match the picture in the order with the part that should be sent. Never again will I waste my time ordering from Napa online. Even the local Napa couldn't believe how ridiculous the situation is. They felt bad an tried helping out but the online person he dealt with told him not to give me the part unless I was going to pay for it again cause they weren't going to reimburse him.

I recently bought a park for $40. I tried to go change it back because it has a guaranteed lifetime. Unfortunately they told me they cannot return it because how the way it looks. So how would you know if the part works or not? If you don't install it it's not going to be beautiful when it comes out so I didn't get my money back and they screw me over with $40. So total to buy another one about almost $90. Was it worth it in Napa? No, and I told them the situation that it leaks showed him the picture. I couldn't get my money back. Beware of this place. It's not worth it buying parts from them

Great Customer Service,

had a very disappointing experience with this auto parts shop. I purchased a part from them which turned out to be faulty. When I returned to request a replacement, the staff refused to help and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a manager, but I was told there was no manager available. When I requested their head office contact details or an email address to file a complaint, they refused to provide any information and simply told me to leave. The attitude of the staff was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. There was no customer service at all. Taking money for faulty products and then refusing support feels very close to a scam. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. Very poor service and a terrible experience overall.

I had to order a master cylinder for my RestoMod 1957 Chevy. Due to the modifications, this was not a part that kept in house. 5 stars for customer service! The parts guys were very helpful in finding the correct part for the car. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Great customer service. Now the bad…..so the master cylinder was a new part…..not remanufactured. It was in a NAPA box and so I was genuinely happy when I picked it up. Got home and began the process of bleeding the new cylinder. As soon as I filled it, the brake fluid began running out the brake line ports. Obviously a bad cylinder from the manufacturer. I know stuff like that happens, but I had higher expectations of parts with the NAPA name on the product. While gathering up the box and interior wrappings, I spotted on the label….”Made in China”. Of course when I took it back, they made good on it and ordered another from a different manufacturer. So again, totally happy with the customer service. I would still rather buy my auto parts from a NAPA dealer, but I have to say to corporate NAPA….. Do Better with the souring of your parts. I’d rather pay a little more for a quality part than have to worry about out of the box or short-term failure after the install.

Was having a difficult time finding spark plug wires for my 1972 pontiac lemans as I switched the engine and needed 90 degree on both ends to clear the headers I added. Napa employee Maria@ the Jensen location in Fresno, CA went beyond to assist me in finding the right wires. Was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Not only do we need more parts counter professionals like her but more people like her. Much appreciated Maria.

First, Casey on the phone when I called was very kind, professional and helpful. When I got to the store, Christopher was the same professional, super knowledgeable and helpful. If all NAPA employees are this way, you have a great team. Don Abadie
