I accidentally ordered the wrong part, but had a pleasant after-sales experience with Chris. He promptly canceled the order and issued a refund. I really appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism, and I look forward to using NAPA auto parts again when I need some bits for my car

I want to update my review after Napa customer service was able to waive return fees for me after I had complained. I am very appreciative of them for that and will give them another shot in the future when I need an auto part.

Bought car battery price $188 They also Charged core price $20. =$208 Then they minus core price $20 So battery was back to $188 plus tax So I really did not get back $20 core Or battery would be $168 plus tax
