They need to do a better job shipping estimates on their online ordering system. Why put that orders can be delivered in 2 days when they can't even get the order ready in 2 days?!

I bought a alternator 7 months ago and it has already stopped working. I paid $343.32 it’s a aloof money so that it doesn’t work anymore I reported the claim and they don’t want to send me back my refund to send them back. Don’t buy parts in Napa they are back quality. I already lost my money.

Went online to purchase ac compressor and parts for repair. On payment page I put in my debit card information and submitted pay. It said “something went wrong try again” so I tried again. Same message appeared. So I tried a different debit card to the same checking account and it went through and gave me a confirmation number. I checked my checking account and found 3 pending transaction holds to NAPA for 670.00 a piece. It has now been a week and one transaction went through, but the other 2 are not released which means I don’t have access to my funds in the amount of over 1300.00 because of my interactions with NAPA online. I tried calling, what a joke, haven’t spoken with no one yet. Meanwhile my checking account is held hostage by NAPA online 2 failed transactions? If they failed how did pending holds get placed on my checking account? Never again will I deal with NAPA!!!

never again first time trying napa online direct ship service . Ordered 3 items they showed in stock they only shipped 2 waited week for 3rd contacted customer service after 5 different people and several day they cannot provide eta on missing part that was instock online. Because direct ship cant ask my local napa too help never again will go right to my local napa store or call them they have never let me down like napa online

rip off company I wouldn't buy from here your better of with ebay got item didn't work took back 2 days later said he had to send the off still waiting 1 month later, all staff total beep beep beep. useless scammed!
