The NAPA store in Hunt Valley, Maryland are ran upon by a bunch of clowns 30 minutes for oil filter and they do socialize on their phones sad . They need a fire the clowns at the desk all of them and put the people back that were there before because they knew what they’re doing and these people don’t. I walked out of the store.

I took a 440 big block there to get bored and get some new frost plugs and they bored it 3 different sizes when its supposed to be the same bore size. I dont recommend bringing them any motors to be bored. I paid over 1200 just for all that to get done.

Bad cistomer service
I went online to local NAPA website. I ordered an alternator for next day delivery. The part came as expected, however i had to ship the part back to NAPA ONLiNE instead of returning it to the store for my core charge. I had to pay to print a shipping label.

Straight lied to keep my $8…
I placed an online order with NAPA Auto Parts at 11:00 AM for same-day delivery on items that were all shown as in stock. The store didn't close until 6:00 PM, but the items never arrived.
When I called the next day to check on my order, I was told they had no drivers available. I offered to come pick up the parts myself, but the employee claimed she couldn't guarantee when a driver would be available or when the parts would arrive anyway. I needed the parts by 3:00 PM, so I decided to go pick them up in person.
Before I could even ask to have the delivery fee refunded, the store employee flatly told me they wouldn't refund it. I then called NAPA’s online customer service line. The representative initially agreed that I should get my delivery fee back, but after putting me on hold to talk to the store manager, she came back with a completely different story. She claimed the $8 wasn't for home delivery at all, but rather a transfer fee to get one of the parts from a warehouse to the store, and that "home delivery was free."
This was completely false. When I looked at my printed receipt, it explicitly said "Delivery Fee."
The issue isn't just about $8—it's about the principle. As a military veteran, I expect basic honesty and integrity when doing business in the country I served. If you fail to provide a paid service, own up to it, apologize, and refund the fee.

I ordered a part in Napas website
I ordered a part on Napa's website. It did not fit. This experience has been very disappointing. Im almost a month in and still have not received mu money back. So Napa usees Napa Accesserioes. Nappa accessories went through real truck. It took 8 days to receive a return label. The customer service reps at Napa Accessories are worthless and do not care how much you're inconvenienced or how long their ridiculous procedures are. You will wait 2-3 days just for an email. They want to keep your money as long as possible. I still cant believe Napa lets this go on. Tried calling them numerous times only to be told I have to contact Napa Accessories (worthless) This was purchased on Napas website. They will do nothing and the numbers to corporate just ring without anyone answering. Its also very telling there is no way to leave a review directly on their website.

They will lie and screw you over. Hostile to customers.
I paid $320 for a heavy duty jumpstarter for truck batteries that was advertised and available online with shipping. I received a confirmation email after purchase and everything seemed fine.
2 weeks later and I've heard nothing whatsoever from NAPA about the order so I email their customer service.
1 week after emailing I get a response that my order has been cancelled because the product is considered hazmat and cannot be shipped despite being advertised as such and available for purchase online.
This is obviously a lie because I ordered the same product from another company and it was promptly shipped to my house without issue.
I've had terrible experiences with NAPA before this one but I thought they were just because my local store was incompetent. Turns out the entire company sucks. They lie and inconvenience you and somehow people keep going there.
I will never buy anything from NAPA ever again and will tell everyone I meet that they will screw you over and don't care about their customers at all.
What would have happened if I never reached out to customer service to notify them? They would probably have just kept my hundreds of dollars and never sent me the product I ordered. What a terrible company.

PROMOTIONS ARE A SCAM
I purchased a battery that met all requirements of the promotion and was supposed to receive a rebate. I checked this morning and the submission was Rejected. NAPA rebates are a scam. I will never purchase anything from NAPA again!
