Pitiful service. Placed an online order 3 days ago and still have not received a follow up email indicating my order is ready to be picked up. Just how long does to take to grab a bottle of washer fluid off the store shelf.

I have tried four times to get parts from them. I have been told by four different employees four different stories about the parts that I need. I have been told that they can get the parts but I will have to pay a freight change from California which is more than the parts. I have been told that they only make replacement parts for the front doors of a four door car. I have been told there are universal parts that will work. And I have been told that the parts are no longer available for my car. I have even been told by three employees that they would have the manager return my call. Guess what it has been a week now and no call from the manager. I was doing business over the phone because the closest NAPA Parts is twenty minutes away from me. So I won't be doing any more business with them. I will be ordering the parts online were I can get all the parts I need with a money back guaranty for less than it would have cost me for one part at NAPA. And they are factory parts.

They keep you waiting over the phone and they hang up

Went to the NAPA store in Fairfield, OH. The folks inside were very kind and helpful. Got what I needed for my Camry Solara and was back on the road in minutes!

Usually knowledgeable, experienced staff. Sometimes good deals but mostly the good service is the best part.

I went to NAPA in Hinton, Alberta for a simple auto part. It seemed that they didn't know there was two different parts for the same thing. They kept trying to give me the part that didn't fit even after I explained there is two different parts. I ended up buying a whole new system with them being very rude to their costumers, after not knowing what they were talking about. They are the most arrogant people that I have ever met when dealing with auto parts. There return policy sucked big time, because the parts were in transit and the invoice was lost they wouldn't submit a refund on a expensive purchase. All they had to do was look at the credit card charges to see that the parts were paid for by us. Every time I try to buy parts from them, they screw me around. I give up trying to talk to them and explain anything to them. They do not listen to mechanics or anybody. If you want better service, go to Pat's Auto. I have finally gave up with NAPA. I'd rather go to Canadian Tire, and that's bad.

Excellent store in Flagstaff, Arizona, with helpful service, courteous staff, good values. Store salesperson TJ helped me locate a problem with my motor home which was more than we would have expected of service as he went out of his way to help me find the problem and the solution which was easy after that. My experience doing business at the NAPA stores in New Mexico and Colorado has also been excellent.
