This review is for Lane Ave in Jax Fl.As a Napa consumer, we are told our experience will be above and beyond the rest for the higher price we pay for parts. However my experience was as follows. No help wass offered to remove my battery which needed just a top off. No tools available no assistance was offered. Not the service I expected for the higher price. A lessen learned. Did I mention I am handy capped?

The key word is honest? On line there was Caster Oil GTX on sale for $26.99 for 5 Qt jug. I went to the local napa store to see if they had it? They didn't have it in stock, he looked it up on the computer and said it was on sale would be $26.99 and he would order it for me. I go and pick it up a few days later and they charge me $45.00 for it. They wouldn't give a refund for the difference? This was money well spent, to find out who is a crook?

Bought as rear pair of the nappa shock absorbers from motex for my Mercedes benz c220 2015 s205 also Bought new top mounts from Mercedes they have been on the car less then 2 months and are rattling took to the garage said the shocks was gone not very happy avoid these thay are dreadful

Bought NAPA front shock absorbers pair for bmw x3. Front right shock only last one week and become very noisy I would not recommend NAPA shock absorbers it cost me extra labour plus new shock

Part came apart wheninstalling(Audi window regulator . I’ll never buy another part that is delivered to my residence or business again. Returned but no communication after the part was received by Napa.

Be careful. NAPA will put a temporary hold on your money when you shop online. That's right. I purchased brake pads online with my account and my local store. The total was $47.62 yet NAPA billed me for $50.00. When I called support they responded with that's their policy and a notice of such was included with my emailed confirmation. Why was this information not disclosed to me prior to making my purchase somewhere on the check out site? The amount is not the issue, it's the principal. Though the money will come back they should not be able to decide whether to put a hold on my or anyone else's money. Also, I used my AAA card for what should have been a 10% discount which is clearly visible on the check out page, only to find out that after the online check out page showed that my discount had been applied in fact it never was. So now NAPA is holding more money than my actual purchase price, and I was stiffed on my online discount because apparently the store I shopped at wasn't honoring the AAA discount. I will say this, the assistant store manager did offer me any reasonable product to make up for the AAA debacle which was very considerate. However, the discount is what I really wanted. NAPA do better with your online experience. WOW! Was a loyal napa customer. Never again!

Purchased brake pads from Napa's website and next day delivery was promised. That was not the case. 4 days later i received the package (open package by the way) and one of the pads had a busted chip. Called customer service to ask for a return label and now im ni the middle of this battle with UPS because NAPA put me in the middle of them and UPS. long story short, 3 days and 30 pictures later i have yet to see an end to this.... stay away from purchasing from Napa
