Got my meyer plow 3 weeks ago and found that the controller for the plow would not fit this plow. It was for a different plow. I contacted them right away, and called them every week from then and still nothing. I ordered and paid over 200$ for the correct part for the plow from the manufacturer, and they sent it in 3 days. I do not recommend ordering anything from this site, they mess things up and send you things your not able to use and dont care about jumping on it and getting it corrected in a timely fashion. Still have not gotten a reply from them or the parts needed. The ******* needs wireless they sent me hydraulic which cannot be used

bad people they support terrorism . very cheap they have employees clean bathrooms and manager get 80 000 plus a year

NAPA ripped me off when I placed an online order! Their website displayed a product for the price of $416.99, yet IMMEDIATELY upon placing the order they jacked the price up to $455.99. I talked to a representative who said I could cancel the order but it would take several days to have the money credited back to my bank account. Funny, they took the money immediately just as they jacked up the price! I had to have the parts to put my truck back together and then had no other funds to do so because NAPA had ripped me off. I was basically forced to accept their theft or be without a vehicle for many days. When I received the parts, they were missing components that were specifically documented as part of the kit! I therefore had no choice but to borrow funds to purchase those missing items. I wrote several emails to their Customer Care Department and they completely ignored me. They sent me ONE pathetic email wanting me to write them a detailed explanation of my experience and provide screenshots…WHICH I DID! I spent hours dealing with this, lost pay from work because the delivery was a day late, and received ZERO further response from NAPA! They have totally disregarded my situation and complaint. Furthermore, they refuse to compensate me for any time and money that they have caused me to lose, actually, that they have stolen from me. I have a very detailed narrative with numerous screenshots of the entire sequence of events for anyone that is interested in seeing their deception. I will NEVER buy another item from NAPA…EVER, and will tell every person I know about this. NAPA IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and this was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I have numerous screenshots documenting NAPAs shenanigans. Trust me folks, stay away from this company, they jack up their already inflated prices. Tip for consumers: NAPA is overpriced and they do not care about their customers. That is my opinion based upon more than one unsatisfying experience with this company.

I went to the local NAPA store because I believed they had knowledge and treated customers good. I was terribly wrong. I wanted 1 inch body side molding and NAPA the price was $104 a roll I needed 2. I asked the guy if there was something else and he said no that just what it costs now. He needed to have it sent to the store and it was going to take a week so I bought it. Then I went to my car and thought that’s too much money. I priced it on Amazon and Advance auto and I can get it for $60 now versus $210 plus tax. So I went right back in and told them I changed my mind. The owner/manager got mad and said I would have to pay a $35 dollar restocking fee because they already ordered it. Then by the time I looked at my refund I realized they charged me $38 just to undo an order for a vastly overpriced item. The store is dirty poorly organized and staffed by untrained uncaring employees. Go to any of the newer auto parts businesses these guys are going to fail. It’s a small town and Advanced Auto is way better Auto Zone way better O’Reilly way better all within a mile. I was robbed clear and simple the item had been purchased for 8 minutes and they wouldn’t return it. I didn’t even see what was ordered. I can buy stuff at the other stores take it home then take it back full refund. You cannot give worse customer service I won’t go back and it is now my mission in life to make sure everyone else is aware.

I needed a muffler for my truck so i order it online and pick it up at Penn Hills store and had it installed at professional shop and then looked under truck after work was completed and muffler was stamped inlet on back of muffler along with bracket that connects to frame for support so I went back to Napa auto in Penn hills Pa on Rodi Road where initial online purchase was sent to and explained problem at that point they ordered another muffler exactly the same and bracket was on the rear of muffler stamp for inlet was on front at that point Napa said muffler on truck was faulty and the new muffler in store was correct and not faulty but they felt i should repay for muffler remove defective muffler and return defective muffler for refund and pay for reinstallation of muffler that wasn't defective. Muffler cost over 300 and installation 180. They sold a defected muffler and admitted that it was a wanted me to pay to fix thier mistake and take money out of my pocket to fix thier problem.

was checking prices and the next thing I no it was ordered . I sent all the messages I could saying to stop order . the price to get delivered was to high so I did not want there part . I sent the part back never opened . they gave me the cost of the part, but they still charged me the high cost of shipping . the one thing I did not like in the first place .
