Ordered part online with guarantee next day Saturday delivery, at high price but I needed it fast, I was to pick it up at local store in Monroe, Conn. Well, its 3 days later and after one trip there and two phone calls in that someone would call me right back ( which never happened) I dont have my item. I did however get lots of excuses. The counter man on second call did order one for me thru regular system, and it arrived the next AM, ( The one from internet order still not arrived) So, at least the local store functioned. And these places wonder why Amazon does so well, lesson learned, I will never order anything from Napa online again. SOOOO many other options, locally, including another being built less than 1/4 mile away. Second complaint: After checking out after internet order online, I noticed a notation stating that Napa would be holding additional monies on my credit card due to all 50 states having different sales tax rates. Is that something a national company should not know?? Gee, talk about free money, do that enough times a day and suddenly you are floating in cash! Not cool Napa

Was in dire need of brake pads for my vehicle. (Why else would a person purchase them?!) Absolutely no auto parts stores in my area had what I needed in stock. Based on my specific vehicle, Napa was only one of two auto parts stores that had pads available for order. I chose Napa because their website stated they shipped SAME day. Placed my order on Monday, December 23 before 1 PM EST. On checkout screen as well as my order confirmation, projected delivery date was Thursday, December 26. Unfortunately, my package hadn’t even been accepted by the carrier by 12/26. I made a phone call, lasting 15 minutes, to Napa customer service on 12/26 inquiring what was going on with my order. Rep had no answers and opened an incident ticket. Ironically, two hours after that phone call my package was suddenly “picked up” by the carrier. I didn’t receive the brake pads until 12/31. And they arrived with NO hardware!

Ordered parts for my car using the website. Napaonline.com was sent wrong parts. Called the store was told with attitude too bad. Would not exchange for correct part. I called for a return label never received. I had to take the parts back to the store. The store tells me never use website it will always get it wrong. Why would they continue to serve the public when they know it it an issue. When they know this?

I ordered a compressor on a Tuesday, that was to be delivered on Friday. It’s now Friday, the order hasn’t been shipped and it’s supposedly due to the particular warehouse being out of stock, when it was in stock the day I placed the order. The warehouse has reached out to another to see if they have it. No answer yet, plus an added 5 days once and if it does ship. It is available in my local stores, but originally, I simply didn’t want to hike down there. So I ask the CS person, if I can go down there pick it up locally. No I cannot, because my order is still active and they could still ship it. And then I would have double the money out there while I wait weeks for a refund. What a pile of crap. This isn’t the NAPA of yesterday. I might as well bought from Harbor Freight. What a joke.

I bought an HVAC Blower Motor online/Store Pickup for $118.71 via PayPal. My Napa online account showed $118.71, my PayPal showed $118.71 & my printed store receipt showed $118.71. After I was done installing the part I noticed my PayPal app showed I was charged $124.65. Nothing on the Napa site, Napa printed receipt or on PayPal explained what the extra $594 charge was for. I called the store. They immediately said that they had nothing to do with billing. Corporate did that. I called corporate only to find out that charge an extra 5% & I quote "to ensure there is sufficient funds to cover the item" This is illegal without divulging this prior to payment. I was told it would go back to $118.71 within 5 business days. What if I had just enough to make the $118.71 purchase? This is 100% BS! I am done with Napa. I would also strongly suggest that a boycott of Napa take place to force them to print this BS charge SOMEWHERE BEFORE checkout!

Useless place. Unhelpful, rude and not honest as they told me to come down to collect something and they didn’t have it!

Recently bought a muffler, and some brake parts from NAPA Manotick, for an 07 GMC Envoy. I was pleased with how the replacement muffler fit, and the easy service. The parts arrived the same day, & allowed me to get my job finished.
