NAPA AUTO PARTSReviews of napaonline.com

There products are to expensive and the quality is the worst I ever seen! The store harbor freight has better prices and better brands.dont shop at the store in largo at walsanham rd.the main manager is completely unprofessional and is more interested in tic tock then serving his customer.

Various Napa suspension parts don't last. After having bought a number of parts from Napa which didn't last as long as they ought I recently raised with them the issue of a nearside suspension top mount failing within two years and less than 10,000 miles. A weld failed and I was lucky not to have had a serious accident. I asked the parts supplier to raise this with Napa but understand Napa did not respond. The vehicle also has an offside Napa top mount fitted which is now two years old. It's anyone's guess how long that one may last and whether it will fail in a potential dangerous fashion. Thus far it appears to be OK. I have Emailed Napa twice with no response. I will chase them a third time but I'm not convinced right now it will make a difference. To be fair I have had some good suspension parts such as struts from Napa but there are questions about quality they don't seem to want to address.

Don't bother. All parts fail almost immediately.

Terribly quality parts, after many assurances that many of their product lines have changed manufactuer I'm still getting problems. Some batteries and wheel bearings aren't even lasting a year. They've taken over my local parts retailer and have completely ruined it, I go elsewhere now, after nearly 50 years of using the same branch.

Every company that operates within the U.S. has gone to sh*t, with even Napa joining in. Sick and tired of buying tools or parts, waiting for weeks, and then all of a sudden have my order cancelled with the only reason being that they "can't fulfill it." This happens enough times that you'd think they just wouldn't list items for sale. No forewarning either. Usually I find out through my banking app, noticing a refund. I quit asking altogether, doesn't get you anywhere. Gimmicky company that can't tell it's a*s from a hole in the ground

Worst customer service EVER. Positively abysmal and complete waste of time. "Wait another 24 hours". Hardly - it's already been 5 days.

I bought a bottle of Techron on Napa on the internet at a fantastic price and I wrote a 5 star review, I went to buy another bottle and find that they more than double their price, so here is another review.

Ordered truck battery on Saturday ….was told would be delivered Wed. I paid for the battery and received order confirmation which now stated it would arrive Friday. I attempted to phone the number listed on receipt but is disconnected. No other phone number available. It was told I would receive tracking number for shipping…no more correspondence nor tracking info. Was sent. I phoned Minnesota NAPA distribution customer service and the person was clueless as to what I was talking about and had zero knowledge of NAPA online orders nor had any idea who I could call. Complete and Total Mess for a Company that 50 years ago was top notch….
