Jay, Andrew and Danny. The Clovis Ca store is on their way to being the first choice store for auto parts customers and repair shops. Jay is a Parts Master and a legend in the industry. Andrew is coming up as a parts master. Danny is now a District Manager and know for his knowledge and leadership skills. I have moved all of my automotive business back to this store. Will be able to refer others back to this store. Andrew and Jay got me a part in 2 days that no else even had.

This wonderful man saved me over $4000.00 in collision repairs with a few clips and tape totaling a little over $20.00 to reattached a piece of trim that I was told had to be handled differently. Price gouging Phone the rearest napa store an hour away for price and availability for a clutch kit and fly wheel for my corolla, $340 was the price given, in stock, i told them, "I"ll be in an hour". I got there and the price had baloon to $700+. What a waiste of fuel + extra carbon in the air not to mention my time. Got the same online for $300 all in. Very dishonest company. Never again

Didn’t even want to give it one star but had to. I work in a garage and point blank refuse to fit any napa junk the products are shocking filters not draining and filter correct. Springs that don’t fit suspension arms failing after 2 months shocking products they are cheap for a reason and don’t get me started with the brake products.

i ordered a master brabe cylinder and there were parts missing and store was closed so i had to make it work because i had no brakes an i paid full price don t they check and make sure all the parts are there i am not happy and would like a discounted proce no

Went online to purchase auto parts. The online portal "CLEARLY STATES" 20 percent off orders over 120 dollars. I purchased items totaling 121.00 dollars. When I went to checkout, the 20 percent discount was not credited. So I called customer service and they were "NO HELP" !!! I felt that NAPA Auto Parts "was" a grade above the Advanced Auto and Autozone. NAPA Auto is not a reputable outfit. I always like to patronize local business but NAPA is now going to receive ZERO business from me. I will buy from Amazon where parts and tools are less money and customer service is way better. 20 percent off you order is a NAPA Auto Parts SCAM !!!
