I mistakenly sent a gift to an old address, and after the recipient tried (and failed) to recover the package - assuming the person decided to keep it, or it was stolen - I reached out to Naadam to ask if they could re-send the item. The refused and the customer service in general was horrible. I would not recommend purchasing through them because if something goes wrong with your order you will be out the $$.

No Customer Service - purchase filled in wrong address and cc - OVERSEAS $25 shipping to wrong address. I contacted them (email only option) - within 1 (ONE) minute - Reply: Sorry can't cancel orders. Sorry due to high volume can't do a thing. You'll have to receive the order and send it back (another $25) to get a refund. AWFUL site. I'm furious - out $200 for nothing.

Guess I should have read some reviews before I purchased. Ordered a shirt online - terrible fit, even more uncomfortable. $12.95 return fee even if I bring it to the store! No way to convert customers today. DO NOT BUY!

Do NOT buy. I purchased the men's ribbed cardigan in navy for my boyfriend and it looked great initially but after one wear there was extreme pilling. After 2 wears, the sweater looked like I pulled it out of my grandfather's attic where it sat neglected for 10+ years. I bought the comb and have used it multiple times but it has not helped the problem at all. It now looks old and unpresentable to wear outside of the house. I reached out to Naadam because this is frankly very weird and unacceptable for so-called high-quality cashmere. They suggested I use the comb (which I explained I already had) and try dry-cleaning and wouldn't accept the return/refund. My boyfriend also wrote a negative review on their website which was deleted after several hours. I then noticed there is only 1 negative review which also calls out the pilling just one week after purchase. Honestly, you can buy nicer sweaters from H&M or Uniqlo.

WOW -- did I get hoodwinked. The sweater did not fit and little did I realize -- the company is a shame. I can't return the item!

I love my sweater, but I ordered 2 sizes and need to return one. The returns/exchanges part of the website is broken and your customer service just doesn't reply. I haven't received a response in over a week. I would love to buy more of these sweaters, the $75 sweater is literally my favorite sweater. But your website generates errors when making a return and I cannot get any help to exchange the wrong size. It makes me extremely reluctant to order anything else.

My review is 5 Stars!! I've worn high price, big label sweaters that should be used to clean the undercarriage of cars. So don't let the REASONABLE price wrinkle your nose in snobbery. Nadaam cashmere is made from 16-ply Mongolian cashmere. That's the BEST I've even felt or worn. Also listed on the fair trade & global sustainability. That's important to me. Warm, soft, beautiful; pilling is always expected but there is considerably less than other inferior name brands This company started about 2015 so it's "new" & the name seems unusual (which to some equates inferior....but in that, you are wrong!) It's imperative to take your body measurements & go by their guidelines. Avoid assuming a small is a small. The biggest issue? Swapping out for a different size! Returns aren't free-- and you need to keep the labels on. But if paying $250 for an amazing long long sweater, then why complain? If policy isn't to your liking, then go buy a couple lattes. It's less than $20 and requires a bit of time. So don't skip your measurements! I The $75 sweater is a great choice for a beginner to cashmere that is a good price point. It's a fantastic sweater! Don't bother with extra postage money for delivery. My sweaters arrived in about 9 days and I paid nothing extra. Some bad reviews mentioned the packaging looked like "giant condoms". Not in my experience. And it's PACKAGING. This is a sustainability company. They're not handing out boxes with silk ribbons! You'll want to shop soon-- these aren't mass-produced. Check back often, because new stock always arriving. This company will be BIG soon enough. Jump in now

I really should have read the reviews before ordering! I ordered a sweater mid September. The site said that it would be shipped for free under the no rush shipping policy. A month later, my sweater had still not arrived. In the meantime I had to email them several times asking for a status update. Honestly, terrible terrible customer service! Never again!
