I would have given zero stars if I could have. I ordered a sweater for my wife for the first time on their website. It was indicated that it would arrive before Christmas and it didn’t arrive until January 6th. I purchased the sweater on sale and when it arrived we discovered it was too small. I tried to initiate a return on line and I was told my sale item was not eligible for a return or exchange. Nowhere in the ad for the sweater was this policy mentioned. I wouldn’t have bought it if it was. The no return policy on sale items is buried in their FAQ’s I have since been told. Maybe I should have checked this out beforehand but I am not a frequent buyer of women’s clothing on line and I think this method of selling something like this is deceiving. I will never again order anything from this company and hope others do the same. Good riddance Nadaam!

Order never came which may have more to do with DHL; but NAADAM forced me to pay a 35$ restocking fee for the order that never arrived. Would not purchase with them again.

I ordered this cashmere sweater as a gift and it came late. My I opened it and was immediately stuck by how cheap it looked and felt. My GF said the same. I tried to return it but the customer service team said "no can do" Now what??? I was sold by their clever ad and charming video. Don't buy from these people. Bad product + bad service= Bad experience and lost $$$.

My husband ordered joggers and a sweater, and they were supposed to received before Christmas. Items didn't arrived until after Christmas. I tried to return the $125 joggers were a bit overpriced. Needless to say, the item was not returnable due to final sale on this particular item. I was able to return the sweater, but there was a $12.50 restocking fee that I had to pay. WHAT A SCAM THIS PLACE IS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I think any positive review you read about Naadam is written by a shill. I only bought from Naadam because of their "Arrive By Christmas" guarantee. That was Naadam lying you into their Catch-22. You can't cancel your order once made, according to Naadam, even if they don't ship. If you insist on buying from these scammers, use a credit card so you can force a refund on this team of professional liars.

I am perplexed by all the bad reviews here. Last year I bought two sweaters from NAADAM. I wore them incessantly and they still are as good as new. They are soft and stylish –– a pleasure to wear. This year I ordered one sweater as a gift for my daughter. I couple of days before Christmas I realized the order had not been shipped. I contacted the customer service, and they responded right away. They send the sweater by an overnight delivery, and it arrived on Christmas eve. Btw the sweater looked beautiful and was very soft, and my daughter was delighted to receive it.

I ordered two sweaters from Naadam on December 6, 2021. They were intended to be Christmas presents. I became concerned that they still had not arrived by December 14. I emailed the Naadam Customer Service department. On December 16, they wrote and assured me the sweaters would be here in time for Christmas. One sweater arrived on December 23. The other still has not arrived. Today, it is December 26, 2021. It is still not here. I had no gift to give. Who on earth hopes to compete with Amazon when the cannot mail a product in 20 days and counting? I am always wary of ordering from small companies because of the threat of unreliability. This experience only increases my concern. If they had only told me the truth that the sweater would not get here in time for Christmas, I would have had time to go out and get a replacement gift. They did not treat me with this respect. I will not order from Naadam again. I do not recommend them.

So disappointed I missed these reviews. What really amazes me is that Nadaam had to be fully aware of their shipping constraints but THEY still emailed ME to say that orders w/ 2 day shipping placed by 12/22 noon would be out on time. Very unethical. During my 1st order had multiple issues at checkout and I accidentally ordered standard shipping at checkout. I emailed Nadaam moments later but there was ‘nothing they could do’. I placed and paid for a SECOND order with 2-day air and now it’s Christmas Eve and neither order has even, apparently, been given to FedEx. Total sweaters paid for: 4. Sweaters they’ve sent me: 0. Wildly, my $50 crewneck cashmere from a competitor with standard shipping that wasn’t due until a few days after Christmas arrived this morning. I also asked to be removed from their text distribution because there was no discount on my first order and they ignored.
