I bought their cashmere gloves a little over a year ago: the right middle finger now has a large hole, and other fingers are getting to be see-through and would soon wear through completely if I were to continue wearing them. I have worn them like you wear gloves, and only in cold weather … no hard labor, no sanding … so maybe a total of occasional use over 6 months, and these are not the only gloves I own, just the “dressiest." I asked for a refund because it's unacceptable that they should have worn out after such light use, but NAADAM has a rigid 30-day return policy. If they'd worn out in 30 days, NAADAM would really have a problem. I have some of their sweaters too, and they are thin, so buyer beware. I won't be buying from this company again.

I tried to return a sweater that was just inside the deadline (30 days) and was told (virtually) that it was not eligible. Tried to get in touch with customer support and their "drop us a line" email won't accept a google server. Needless to say there is no phone number.

I ordered a sweater for my wife for the first time on their website. It was indicated that it would arrive before Christmas and it didn’t arrive until January 6th. I purchased the sweater on sale and when it arrived we discovered it was too small. I ordered a sweater right after Christmas and by mistake put the wrong address (my mother's house) in the order. I tried contacting the company by email, as there's no phone number, and they said they couldn't change the shipping address, even though I realized my mistake and contacted them within minutes. I had to pay for additional shipping to have a family member reroute the package to my correct address. Then the item didn't fit... I exchanged it for a different size and color, but was unhappy with the new color and now want to return it. But when I went to the website, it said my item was not eligible to be returned or exchanged! I had to email customer service AGAIN, and though they fixed the issue and are "allowing" me to return the sweater, I will NEVER order from this company again! I now have to pay a $12.75 return fee for an item that didn't work out. This company is just too difficult to work with and not customer-focused! Most companies that do business online have a phone number to call and take free returns. NEVER AGAIN!

NAADAM took down my review so I will post here - Shawl Collar Cardigan - Very unflattering cut - way too much material. Not true to size. And in line with these reviews - unreturnable. Buyer Beware!

They charged me $25US for shipping and then I got charged another $30 from DHL for duties. When I reached out to them about this, their response was that if I refuse the package, I will have to pay a $35 restocking fee and any shipping charges! My sweater was $50 so I paid more for shipping than the product. They said that it's very clear on their website that international customers are responsible for duties fees by saying that this information can be found in their FAQs (which is not "very clear"). All in all, this company claims to be ethical and fair and they simply are not. I will never purchase from them again and I hope no one orders from them internationally. Their policy doesn't reflect their values and you'll end up paying way more for shipping than you should be.

I bought a hoodie. I like my hoodie. I do not like Naadam taking up 1/3 of my screen with their ads. I promise never to buy anything from them in the future..... NEVER. I wonder how long it will take them to get the message!

I had a pretty decent experience. Shipping was fast but I ordered in November so maybe it's busier during the holidays. I took off one star because the sweater I ordered for my boyfriend seemed to run very small for a large. I didnt try to return it because he wore it and we both decided it looked a little ill fitting. I decided to keep it as an oversized sweater for myself so I can't speak to the return process. I wanted to order another in an XL but I am concerned about size inconsistency and return process judging by other reviews.
