Myzone is the perfect workout device. I love that it keeps me committed and accountable. I always enjoy seeing how my heart rate is during my workouts, as well seeing how I perform the same exercise again and the difference results that I get with myzone. This is a fantastic device for anyone. In fact, I bought 3 for my friends! Thank you!! Alberta Houston

I've only given 3 Stars because something funky is going on with the MyZone Switch workout description. After I add it to my App, the description disappears...just deletes itself or even worse changes the description to a prior workout. I LOVE that it's waterproof & I can wear during water activities. I'd give it a 5-Star if the other issue is fixed.

Hi, Linda, We are so sorry for this frustrating problem. It sounds like an app bug to me. I would first try checking the app store to see if an update is available that may squash that. If there is not, please let our support team know so they can report it as a bug. They will just need your phone model and OS it runs and the app version you are on. You can reach them by tapping the menu on the app, then help>support. In health and gratitude, Team Myzone

I really love myzone a lot. It morivates me to go to the gym as often as possible. It's also nice to compare my efforts to the others in the same class.

Band connectivity is erratic. I have the MZ-switch and am constantly having to push the button on the puck during workouts. Friends workouts sometimes take forever to register in my app feed.

This app/device keeps great track of my workouts and it helps to motivate me. Also, let's you know how hard you are working out in real time. Very easy to review your workout history.

I love my Myzone belt. When we first get it it is set by the "equation" for our heart rate. It then will adjust itself upwards if our fitness level allows. One thing that would make it better...It would be nice if it would also readjust if our fitness level decreases. I purchased my belt about 8 yrs ago when I was doing triathlons. Through age and injuries I am not able to train at that level anymore. It was years before I was finally able to get the heart rate readjusted.

I would give a 5 star 🌟 only have minimal non connections not a worry

I love the idea behind Myzone but my experience has not been 100% satisfaction. I received TWO brand new modules fresh out of shipment sent to our facility and both have had issues with staying connected. I borrowed an older module for approximately 2 months with the same band and had zero issues. No issue connecting, no issue registering my data. Just seems like a ploy to upgrade to the switch....
