For the many many years I've used Myzone, it has been my motivation, my reason to "move" Sadly, I'll health prevents me from working out like I used to but, I try to keep my Hall of Fame status if I can. I'll be gutted if I lose it now. Also, Myzone staff have always been helpful, supportive & without them, I'd have given up

I love using my MYZONE belt every training, workout, & race. Being a triathlete, I need to track my heart rate constantly to hit better target zones. When I got sick with Covid 12/2021, I’m grateful my belt helped track my heart rate, because it was spiking up too fast after being better, so I knew to back off. I also then was diagnosed with hypothyroid 12/2021. Once put on low dose of my medication, my heart rate was back to normal, which means it stopped spiking abnormally. It was the best investment & recommend to others!

I love being able to monitor my calorie expenditure, but more importantly, track my heart zones so that I can meet my workout goals. Whether I want to target my fat burning zone or cardio zone, I am able to see where I'm at to try and keep my heart rate where it needs to be. I also like that I can see my calorie expenditure. Great tool to help me better meet my goals!
