I use the popsicle everyday to provide frozen pumpkin mix to my doodle. It has helped diarrhea issues we've had for a while. Anyone who cannot open the popsicle I get it.Ours got to the point where it was impossible to open at all. Wolf exchanged it for a new one. My suggestion is to wipe the rings inside and out with Vaseline when you start hearing the grinding noise when you open or close it. So far, it's been a few weeks it's working fine. Iwish I could tell everyone. Try not to give up on it. It's just too good. I love it and my Hank does too.
