Woof Pet IncReviews of mywoof.com

I have 2 mixed breed Yorkie/Papillon 2 year old dogs that I purchased the Bite n’ Brush for and they were destroyed in minutes. I would not recommend this product

Update! Woof has replaced the Bark n Bite and I will try again. Love the concept of this product and will supervise it's use to discourage destruction! Just wish the material was a bit stronger. Customer service was very responsive. Wish I had read reviews. Bought 2 Bark n Bites and my 25lb poodle ripped the end off inches first 15 minutes. I have sent 4 contact requests over past 10 days to Woof with no response. What good is return policy or warranty if you can't contact them? And they have no phone #

Pup can do bite n brush in two minutes. And pupsicle is messy and she doesn’t like most flavors!

Do not order from these guys. Unfortunately, I did not read their awful reviews before ordering for a friend. A one time purchase/gift of around $55 has now cost me $220. I NEVER SUBSCRIBED OR CREATED AN ACCOUNT but have just received my 4th auto ship!!! I’ve emailed them countless times to cancel this unwanted subscription to NO AVAIL. There is no way to chat or call the company, you can only email and that’s pointless because THEY DO NOT RESPOND. It’s an incredibly sad and extremely infuriating way to run a business……A GENIUS SCAM THOUGH.

I have not received an order placed on December 31, 2024. After waiting the 3-5 day window, and receiving a USPS tracking number, I contacted support. Got an email response to verify my address, which I did, and got no response, or product. Woof.com site has it statuses as "in Transit" same as it has been for 3 weeks now. They were happy to charge my Credit Card, but so far are not doing anything to get me the products I paid for. Please fix this! If you are thinking about ordering from woof, be ready for a battle...from all of the reviews here, seems like this is their business model, not just a mistake!

Ordered the Bite n Brush for my sons Corgi for Christmas. It split in a couple of days. Contacted Wood.com and they said it was outside the return window. Most companies have an extended return window for Christmas. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company where you can return the items to a local retailer

I ordered this for Christmas, and Woof promised I would get priority shipment for no upcharge. Well, with ample delivery time, by Dog did not receive his gift for xmas. Now, a month later, I get an email at 3:00 a.m. telling me they are processing my order. and by 8:30 a.m. I received a text saying my order has shipped. I was given NO TIME to respond to the auto ship warning. I DID NOT sign up for auto shipment. I searched to cancel/modify autoship and was directed to sign in. I tried to sign in but didn't have a password. So, I keyed in my email address and expected a resent email, which never came. They can't say I don't have an account because they email and text me and auto ship to me. Clearly I have an account. OK product, but I'm beyond disappointed and feel duped by their policies.

It's almost like Woof hired someone to close their eyes and start packaging orders? No big deal, except there is no living human being helping with Customer Support. The Pupsicle itself is fine but receiving what you order will be a coin toss.
