Sold tickets at a listed price, then overcharged my credit card $400 for them! Then refused to refund the difference when presented proof of their mistake. Which shows it wasn't a mistake at all, it was fraud. Which isn't surprising, seeing all the other reviews on here.

I shop alot on-line and I authorized my card for a certain amount of money and then they put a $424 Processing fee on the tickets. BS!!!! I could have bought the tickets for way less than that. I would never have authorized my CC for that kind of processing fee for tickets. They said I would have been able to see the processing fee at the time but I know that I did not!!! They will not refund and said that the screen said the processing fee. Something does not smell right and I will never use them again.

I must say I was extremely nervous about these tickets I bought for Disney on Ice from box office/my ticket tracker because of the reviews here I even tried to stop payment on my card but I couldn’t I had to wait until the actual event. I didn’t want to show up to the venue with a 3 and4 year old dresses as princess and no show... I must admit I had a great experience my tickets were good this site apparently is like like buying from Groupon or amazon a secondary market ticket...but overall great experience the girls had fun great seats..

Everyone was completely rude ! They sold me invalid tickets and said it was my fault . I will NEVER buy from this company again ! I when they did try to get me new tickets I didn’t want to go anymore for it’s was almost over and the customer service repeatedly called me and tried to get me to scan the trickers to see if they work , I guess to try to say I went . Just all around horrible !!! DONT BUY FROM THEM !

Purchased 3 tickets to a Billie Eilish concert in Phoenix 4 months prior to the concert date and was sent multiple emails about confirmation of tickets and that an email with e-ticket delivery would be sent 3 days prior to show. When no email arrived, we called 1 day prior to show. They said we did not have tickets confirmed and that they would refund our $. After 4 months and continual emails indicating we had tickets, we are out of luck. They did nothing to fix the issue. The show is now sold out and we can't get tickets anywhere. I will wait for the refund to be credited back to me, but I'm even hesitate that it won't happen.

AWFUL sold me parking passes disguised as tickets to a venue with NO PARKING. FUCKK THIS SHADY BUSINESS

I bought two tickets to the twenty one pilots concert for over $600. We arrived with the tickets and was told they were refunded and invalid. I had to buy more tickets at the last minute from the box office so my daughter could see her favorite band. Now, I can't get a refund or get a hold of anyone.
