I feel compelled to write here after my experience. It is actually a legit company who called me back and sent the tickets to be added to my wallet the day before. I was so worried after seeing these "scam" reviews. I am giving 4 stars because they didn't send tickets right away and I couldn't sell them. Good luck. It worked out for me.

We purchased tickets to a concert that was twice cancelled re COVID. We purchased pre covid. We have since received a Voucher Code for use on anything else. Went to book new tickets, no place to input code....only new credit card, not likely to do that. Emailed them to inquiry and the email address is not longer valid. Contacted by phone 2x no call back. Found another email, will try it - but not holding my breath. June 1 2021. Update. We receIved a full refund. I was surprised and grateful.

Bought tickets to a local event. Tickets delivered 4 days later. Tickets 100% legit. No beef whatsoever.

I was worried at first after seeing all the negative reviews. I bought tickets for adam sandler from a site thinking it was ticketmaster but turned out to be ticketsmarter. I got my tickets the day before the concert everything went well. My only complaint was i bought the tickets in april and didnt receive them til june.

I must say I was extremely nervous about these tickets I bought for Disney on Ice from box office/my ticket tracker because of the reviews here I even tried to stop payment on my card but I couldn’t I had to wait until the actual event. I didn’t want to show up to the venue with a 3 and4 year old dresses as princess and no show... I must admit I had a great experience my tickets were good this site apparently is like like buying from Groupon or amazon a secondary market ticket...but overall great experience the girls had fun great seats..

My tickets were cheaper than others selling the same seats, especially since the show is sold out for most grouped seats. I had to buy 6 tickets and only needed five, but one ticket is hard to sale, so it made since why it was forced to choose 1234 or 6. I did have a problem with the fact you could look up five, but it was ten dollars more for similar seats, way over face value. It worked out though because we got to take someone that really needed a night out. I did struggle with the fact that for the tickets being digital flash seats how long it took to transfer them, but they came on time on the day they said they would. I happened to call customer service apparently as the tickets were transferred. Although I never received the pin they mentioned, since flash was downloaded, they were already on my app. The guy was very nice, patient, and informative. I am guessing since the reviews they have improved? Overall no real problems.
