Do not do business with these rip off artists! First, they sent the wrong tickets. No problem with me, it’s a mistake. However, then they promised I would receive the correct tickets In the mail. Guess what? No tickets. They promised to call, 2 times. Guess what? No call. Then, I was promised overnight delivery from Fed ex. Since I had to be home to receive them, I cut a vacation short by two days to make sure that I was here to receive the tickets. Guess what? No tickets. Then, I was told I would receive mobile tickets, any day, over my phone. Guess what? No tickets. Then, at the last minute, they told me my tickets would be at will call. Guess what? No tickets. Supposedly, they are going to send a refund. We’ll see… This is a terrible place to do business. What they put me through is unconscionable. Please, spare yourself the agony and do not do business here.

Tried to get into our concert- was told the tickets were already checked in. Completely fraudulent website, selling tickets that have already been sold to others at a ridiculous price. Even convinced us to buy insurance!

Well another rip off. Bought Bob Seger tickets for a concert in 2017 from Ticket Masters. The concert was postpone because Bob was having back problems. We called and asked for a refund. Per Ticket Masters policy they don't give refunds because the show wasn't canceled. In October 2018, the rescheduled the concert date to March 9, 2019 (today). My husband called in on October 21, 2018 to confirm we still had tickets. Yes we did. He called again Wednesday, March 6 and we still had tickets and that they would be emailed to us 24 hours in advance. Day of show NO tickets. When I called they told me we were CANCELED and wanted to give us our money back!!!! They held our money for two years and the day of the concert want to give it back, because they sold the tickets!!! The call center was not helpful. Robert the manager told me it wasn't his fault, it was the supplier. Yet he is the middle man. One person blamed it on Bob!!

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! EVERYTHING ABOUT IT SCREAMS FAKE & FRAUD!! I WAS ON TICKETMASTER AND SOMEHOW ENDED UP ON "TICKET NETWORK" IT LOOKS SO MUCH LIKE TICKETMASTER I DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE UNTIL I PRINTED OUT MY CONFIRMATION AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL SHOWING SEATS THAT DONT EVEN EXIST!!!! I CALLED AND SPOKE TO LIZ WHO SOUNDED LIKE SHE WAS SITTING IN HER LIVING ROOM LIVING HER BEST FRAUD LIFE!! BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!! Please don’t order from MyTicketTracker.com. Dishonest, unethical, fraud. They “sold” me tickets that belonged to someone else. Almost $150. I got to the event, and the tickets expired before the event even began. Had to buy new tickets. Called to get a refund and the guy said to send a photo of the new receipt to get a refund. Did everything they asked and no reply for days. Then I randomly get an email saying to call them, so I call them and they’re closed. I’ve called and talked to 3 people since then and they tell me to do more things to get a refund. Just got a new email saying they “deeply sympathize” with my situation but won’t give me my money back. Bottom line, if you work hard for your money, don’t let this company steal it from you like they did me. Stay away!!

Fraud. False advertising

They lied about the section - the tickets were advertised as Club seating - were in fact General Admission. I could've bought the tickets from the venue (still available) for much less than I paid.

In December, I Paid $900.00 for four Rolling Stones tickets in Seattle. Tried to download tickets. Didn't work. I called them and they said I did a charge back and my transaction was cancelled. I don't know what they're talking about and neither does my bank. My money is gone. I thought I was buying from ticketmaster.
