MytickettrackerReviews of mytickettracker.com

I had already done live chat, called the help number, and had several emails resent to me, but still could not locate my tickets with my event 2 days away. I spoke with Nancy for order #41778754 and she spent time speaking with me and located my tickets under TicketMaster. I had checked there twice with no luck. She was kind, understanding, and efficient. Thank you. Robyn Zidron

Maureen was fantastic and had so much patience with me. I had a hard time as my ticket master password was no longer valid. She was absolutely wonderful in helping me with changing the password and and guiding me to get it on my cell phone(of which I am a novice on all the technology! Five stars for Maureen!

Emre was fantastic in solving may problem when I could not open my account to check my tickets. He made sure I was able to access my account and check my ticket status. Kudos for exceptional service!!!

yakup was my hero he called back when i was disconnected and saved my day

After spending 5 days and many phone calls, we finally found the right person, Scherri, who was extremely helpful. She walked us through many steps both the website and phone to successfully solve our ticket problem. She is an asset to her company with her patience and knowledge to not give up until a solution was found. KUDOS to her!!!!!

Hey guys I dont know what's going on with these reviews but they scared the crap of me yesterday. I thought I was doomed giving them 365.00 for a show. However I called them yesterday because I didn't receive my tickets. The lady looked me up found my name by email and I was told I will receive them later on that day. And that is what exactly happened. I am happy with them and they are connected to ticket master so no bullcrap is going on. Have a good day. The Veteran

I recently bought 2 tickets for Super Bowl LIV from Mega Seats. When I got an email from ticket tracker and reading the reviews I felt like I had made a horrible decision. Let’s just say these tickets were lower level and the cost to get in the game was well over $6K a ticket. Since super bowl tickets have to be picked up in person and you won’t get an email until days leading up to the game on where to pick up the tickets I was wondering if I ever got an email. I received an email on the Friday before the Super Bowl and tickets were available for pick up all weekend! Got my tickets row 16 and had no problems getting into the game! Thanks ticket tracker for coming through with my Super Bowl tickets! It seems people only write reviews for negative experiences and I wanted to reassure people who are in my situation waiting for an email to come.
