I bought a ticket from November on a Michael Bublé concert for 2 for a post Valentine’s Day Celebration 2/15. The ticket that was issued to me was under another name and when scanned at the venue I was told that it was declined because these tickets were sold to Ticketmaster and resold to another perso. I paid $564 dollars. Show was at 8pm called customer service was told will reissue another ticket. Called 3 times waited total of almost 30 mins then I told customer service that i am leaving and will call my credit to cancel this charge. it is now 840pm missing almost 50 % of the show suddenly after 3 mins another tickets was emailed to me. By then, my husband and I were going to the parking lot. Annoyed, angry and frustrated. We drove 52 miles to this venue. It there is below 1 rating I will rate them as negative zero! This company is a scam.

WOW! I wish I had checked this service before I used it. My tickets once they arrived were dubbed 'obstructed view'. When purchased the description DID NOT define them as obstructed view. So maybe I made a mistake? -- NO! I looked up the same seats available for another concert at Billy Bob's -- and there is NO indication of obstructed view, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER HONEST TICKET SELLERS!

I bought tickets that where supposed to be beside the stage! They sent me nose bleed up high, that o could have gotten on Groupon for cheaper... they aren’t honest and you won’t get what you thought. I won’t be using them again.

I placed an order for 2 tickets for a show. I then called them to add a third ticket to the event which went just find. A few days later the original two tickets were rejected because the seller had oversold the tickets leaving me with the single ticket! I didn't realize they had put it through as a separate transaction. They refused to refund my single ticket which I'm stuck with. Who wants to buy 1 ticket to an event?!? The least they could have done was refund the single as well. I would not ever buy from them again, it's not worth it. I was totally mislead.

This was the most horrible experience dealing with these people. My son ordered tickets for his father and girlfriend on here and didn't realize he was being charged and exchange as the show was right in our home province. After talking to ROB who claimed he was the manager but sounded like he just rolled out of bed, we had no success in getting a refund. Would not give us his manager claimed he was the manager of customer service (if he was they need to really get their act together). My advice do not order from here as they have no customer service skills and won't listen to someone who did not realize what a mistake they made. Our experience was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Had a 10/10 experience with my boy HUE. Guy deserves a big time raise, spent half an hour on hold while I figured out my bank info. He’s a true MVP and I hope each and every one of you reading this gets a chance to speak with him. A class act by the name of HUE Thanks again Jack

I'll admit after purchasing Mumford & Sons tickets (Toronto, December 2018) and then later seeing all of these negative reviews I was quite nervous about the experience. However, after calling their customer service phone line I was reassured tickets would arrive 24hours before the show (no sooner). Sure enough, they arrived as expected the day before the show; for the exact section, row, and seats I purchased. The tickets were real and worked with no issues. We had a fantastic time. The price was also fair and equivalent to everything else on the market and there were no hidden fees. Overall, great experience, no hidden fees, and a responsive customer service team.

Two employees in the Connecticut office helped me to get the bar code-ticket for my event, Catherine and Devon (sp?). Without their incredibly patient assistance, I would not have gotten the "tickets" I paid $200 for. I am very grateful to those splendid people.
