I bought a ticket incorrectly and since they couldn't refund me they told me I could resell it. They sent me a link and I had no problem with that and proceeded to list it. A month later I find out that I can't even transfer or share the tickets and they tell me to share my private account information with someone random who would buy from an unverified source. I don't have a problem with the no return policy but I have a problem when they won't fix what their employees say. Terrible management!

I purchased tickets for a show at the Croswell theater thinking this was a legitimate venue. The actual cost of the tickets had I bought them directly from the Croswell (which I thought I was doing) was $72 for 2 seats. This company charged me $175.20! I am an 81 year old senior citizen and trusted that these were legitimate fees but should have become suspect when they said I might not receive the actual tickets until possibly up to the day of the show.

Absolutely lied about what my 3 day pass to Riot Fest entailed. I paid for the deluxe+ and they gave me VIP, because VIP was the highest level. When it isn't. Absolute rip off artists!

Purchased 2 tickets from Event Tickets Center for Father of the Bride at local theater. Sent QR code tickets that venue could not read and claimed were invalid--attendees with valid tickets already in seats sold by ETC. Venue sold us comparable seats for less than a quarter of price paid ETC. Filed claim for refund. After opaque "investigation," MyTicketTracker found "in favor of seller." Making claim with Better Business Bureau and Consumer Fraud division of state's Attorney General office.

I thought I was purchasing two tickets to see Bee Gees at the Weinberg Theatre. The price was $252 for third row center seats. We were given seats HH - 1&2 all the way in the back of theatre. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize I was paying a ticket scammer. Thought I was purchasing directly from the theater. Tickets were $52 each. So Ticket Tracker made $150 off of my purchase. I will be making a complaint to the Consumer Protection Agency.

Purchased fraudulent tickets and then had to RE-PURCHASE REAL tickets on the day of the event. TOTAL SCAM

The ticket price changed to almost double the cost of what I seen the cost of the ticket was after purchasing, tired to contact company to fix this and they just said sorry can't do anything. Do not use this company unless you feel like throwing away money! Terrible.
