I can tell you after seeing the negative reviews on this vendor, I was really worried about my ticket purchase. From start to finish I received excellent customer service, reassurance and on time ticket delivery. We never even saw the seats we purchased because when we arrived at the venue, we were told we had been upgraded and moved one whole section down in the arena. Even better seats!!!! I am beginning to think that only people who have negative experiences post review, so I think these guys need a good one! Yes, their phone works as erroneously reported in a Hawaii news article and they are for real!
