I bought tickets for the NHL Eastern Conference Finals through Expedia Event Tickets. The tickets were actually sold through MyTicketTracker, though, which I learned only after buying them (and yes, I totally panicked when reading all the negative reviews online). Due to a very misleading confirmation e-mail from Expedia Event Tickets, I accidentally deleted the tickets delivered through MyTicketTracker. So I called the MyTicketTracker customer service a few days before the event, and a very friendly employee (I can't remember his name, but he had an Indian accent) helped me retrieve my tickets. Thanks again, MyTicketTracker! My wife and I had the time of our lives watching the Bruins beat the Hurricanes at TD Garden.

Total Scam!!!! I got tickets to see Celine Dion in Vegas, ticket never arived!!! And when I send an e-mail I never got an awnser. I wish I knew this before i ordered my ticket!!!

I bought Ariana Grande concert tickets for today...I called the venue and they said my tickets had been canceled...I called my ticket tracker and they have not helped me I asked for a refund and I'm just getting the run around. I bought these tickets in February and my daughters and I have been waiting this long just for my tickets to not be available and I paid $400

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT use this venue. They do not release the tickets in a reasonable amount of time and they will not make concessions for if you need to travel for a show. I just spent $800 for tickets to a show that is 6 hours from my house and I can't get my tickets because they will not release them for shipping until 2 days before the show. Ridiculous!!

This is a fraudulent website. I had to go through such an ordeal to get my money back (and got it from my credit card company, not from MyTicketTracker). Save yourself the trouble and buy tickets elsewhere. I bought tickets and got several emails saying the tickets were “ready to be claimed” but the link would either not work or take me to a page that said there were no tickets available. I called several times and they always had a new excuse and promised another email with the tickets. After a couple weeks I just asked for a refund. Since I hadn’t received tickets, the transaction was basically null. They refused. When I brought up the negative reviews I saw online with one of the service reps, she got so nasty about it that I immediately knew I had to contact my credit card company. Hope this spares other people. I don’t know how the purchase didn’t trigger a fraud warning on my cc after seeing so many people experiencing the same issue.

STAY AWAY THIS WEBSITE IS FRAUD!. I bought two tickets that costed over 100 dollars after all there fees, and they gave me TWO PARKING TICKETS. I spoke with the representative and manager and they refused to give a refund. How is this website still up?!? Why would I want parking tickets?!

I wanted to take my folks to a Fleetwood Mac concert at the Bell MTS Centre in Winnipeg in April while they were in town visiting. The concert got cancelled and postponed to November, when none of us were in town. Myticketracker refused to refund us the tickets and wanted to charge a commission to post them for resale. They kept us on the phone, usually on hold, for two hours trying to get any sort of resolution none came. We have contacted Fleetwood Mac and Bell MTS Centre. It appears these guys were masquerading as official sellers, but were little more than scalpers buying tickets on mass and then re-selling them at false prices (they charged us in American dollars for the price, even though it was not mentioned that the funds would be American, and we naturally assumed they would be Canadian since the event was in Canada). Avoid these guys at all costs!

Are you kidding me? How are these people still in business and have not been formally charged with fraud? I bought two “tickets” from them for a concert that was not even real!! It was going to be months later! Better Business Bureau here I come as well as reporting then to Facebook and the cops Do not buy from them!
