Purchased tickets from this company and never received confirmation that tickets were ready for downloading. Two days before the event I was told that Ticketmaster handled all tickets and only to be told two hours before the concert by another company handled (after 10 calls). Customer service rep offered me $30.00 refund for a purchase of over $150. I refuse to purchase tickets from this company ever again and would not recommend to anyone for ticket purchases.

Really just tapped a star to just right a review. Purchased 2 tickets 5 MONTHS AGO. Now I am finding out that the seats I bought weren't even supposed to be sold on their site!!! I was offered an "upgrade" to seats several rows behind mine in the nose bleed section. I suggested a real upgrade to general admission, which had to be approved by their "supplier", and by the way, they won't tell you who that is. Now 5 days later they are still waiting for a reply from their "supplier" OH and because we don't have a response yet, they can't refund my money. It took 5 MONTHS for them to contact me. I cannot stress this enough, 5 MONTHS to tell me they made a mistake and the tickets I purchased as an anniversary present didn't even exist. Avoid this site like the plague!!!

I just shared the review directly below but wanted to give some info for anyone else caught up with this non-company's (I can't even call them a real company cause they're not) scams, you need to file a complaint with your states Attorney General through their website. They have a complaint section. And AG's are voracious! Second, you need to file a complaint with the FTC. Go to the FTC website and look for the ftccomplaintassistant link. Enough reporting will help STOP this company. I found a complaint on another "review website" SAFEWEB.NORTON from 7 years ago! These guys have been getting away with it for that long. We all have to report it to and make enough noise to do any good. Please help.

If there was a O that would be the rating for this company! They are the biggest rip off! My son got an error message and thought the order did not go through. I ended up purchasing his tickets from another venue. After the concert started the tickets came through and $165.00 was taken out of my sons account and a ticket was purchased! Of course he didn't need it, he already had a ticket by then and he was at the concert! I went through 2 mangers and sat on hold for 1 hour and 4 mins to get the answer that they would only offer a $50.00 courtesy refund. Not OK! I am disputing the charge through my bank and filing a case with the BBB. Don't buy anything from this company!!!!!!!

Zero stars lost $254 and missed show. We ordered Hootie & the Blowfish tickets in Dec from mytickettracker.com, paid $254 and never received an email with our tickets. We received an email stating that we would be receiving our tickets & to look for an email with the subject line "Your Ticket Transfer Offer". Never received this email. We tried calling multiple times before the show & never got through to someone. It turns out the tickets were sent with a different subject line titled: "Nick sent you tickets" which we didn't open and missed the show and lost our money. This company doesn't know what they are doing, service is horrible & I don't recommend you use them.

Doesn’t let me give 0 stars or I would! Here is my response this morning to an email I received from them yesterday morning at 6:23 am...13 hours before the concert! Absolutely 100% infuriated and disappointed. After many phone calls and emails to you since Monday, July 1 with constant reassurance that I would have my tickets to the Shawn Mendes concert last night, NO TICKETS! How in the world you can run a business and not come through with customer service and product is beyond my belief! You disappointed two teenage girls who were given these tickets to celebrate special occasions (one a birthday and the other a graduation). I hope the person/people reading this have children of their own and can imagine the disappointment for these kids. These tickets were purchased back in September and a good amount of money was spent on them! Not even any sort of follow up from you to check in or follow up on the problem. Not only was it a disappointment, but it was 5 days for me of anxiety and stress. Over $1,000 in this purchase and now I need to work on a dispute with my credit card...so more work on my end. The pivotal moment was when I was beginning to get anxious and decided to look at your companies reviews...this is something you apparently do regularly since 95% of them were terrible and consistent with my experience. In the end lashing out does not seem to do much as your business runs like this, but know I will be taking action and writing a review to add to the many other negative reviews on you. I will be getting a refund, never using your service again and hopefully I am able to make this up to these two girls. Thank you for the lack of sleep for a couple of nights, the long phone calls and stress for five days, which is not a big deal to you apparently! Horrible, horrible, horrible experience and LACK of customer service on your end.

Despicable, Liars, Cheats, Frauds, You've got to be crazy to deal with this company. They should be shut down and if you refuse to do business with these crooks they will die and go away a benefit to us all..

After reading all the horror stories about this seller, I was so anxious and cynical that the tickets I bought for Hamilton were going to be useless. They arrived a full week early and were 100% legit. I was so relieved given how much I payed for them. Overpriced-Yes! But absolutely legit and the show was amazing!!
