Can’t be trusted ;ask for a refund for a event that was sold improperly and they would not refund..don’t waste your time

AWFUL! DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY! They sold Me fraudulent tickets to Billie Eilish in Boston.= and are not refunding my money!!!!!

So purchased some too good to be true $22 VIP Lakeshake (Chicago) tickets from mytickettracker (lawn seats were $100) and then started reading reviews. After reading reviews was totally nervous about heading to the show without tickets (They were supposedly at Will Call). I attempted to contact the box office to verify tickets, but no one was able to help. So we headed to the show expecting, due to the reviews, there to be an issue. To our surprise, two VIP wristbands were waiting for us. No issues whatsoever.

1 star is too much. First off, the site I used was superseatsnew.com. This site no longer exists. I noticed on my email that it says myticketracker.com as well. I paid over $700 each for Rolling Stones tickets at the end of the stage walk out. The map back in November when I bought my tickets listed this Section as H. I selected my seats using the interactive map(the itemized blue dots). I have a copy of the old map even. Now, the map shows Section H in the far back corner and the Section where I clicked my seats back in November is now labeled as Section K. I contacted them and they claim the sections did not change and all sales are final. But comparing the map I printed in November 2018 and now, you can see the changes. I am very picky when I buy concert tickets and I definitely remember buying tickets in the section at the end of the walk out. I would not have bothered to buy tickets in the section I am in now. Tickets in this H section are hundreds of dollars cheaper than what I paid. Now I am just praying that these tickets actually work for this highly overpriced crappy section after reading other reviews. I will now only buy from Stubhub, Ticketmaster, or SeatGeek. Buyer Beware!

I paid two tickets. That company stole me madram only one, I called them on the day of the show all day to send the other and did not send me. I paid for 2 and they sent me 1. I had to pay another ticket for 300 dollars. I had to enter the 9 If the event was started 7:30 it was very difficult to find another ticket. I was supposed to prosecute this junk company I paid the other ticket was stolen. I called them along with the guy who is in the box in the red rocks he talked to them to send the other ticket a lot of time and they did not insist they had 2 more the guy was with the axs system open, always had only 1 ticket . Not two the way they are insisting. I want my money back I had to buy another. What gets paid they robbed me of a ticket. My friends and I will never buy tickets from them. This is not done with anyone. My girlfriend and I wanted to go together. Just had a ticket. We passed the ticket. They did not let us enter just one. We had to buy another one.

We bought tickets through ticketsmarter.com from the seller "mytickettracker.com" for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup playoffs 2 weeks before the game. We were charged for the tickets and were told they would be delivered on the day of the game. The game was at 7 PM, and we received an email to download the tickets at 6 PM. We immediately clicked the ticket link to "Claim Your Tickets" which redirected us to a ticketmaster page telling us these tickets had already been claimed by another email address. I called their "customer support" and spent 50 minutes on the phone with them. They said that we probably downloaded it with another account or blah blah blah. Put me on hold for 10 minutes. I need to continue looking at this. Unbelievable. Their resolution: we have to open an investigation to figure out who accepted these tickets, and we don't have any tickets we can offer to replace these. So basically... you're *** out of luck. It's unbelievable to me that these ticket brokers get away with this. Additionally, upon reviewing the seats they had allocated to us via their email, THE SEATS DON'T EVEN EXIST! The row indicated in the seats is a fake row.

I was worried at first after seeing all the negative reviews. I bought tickets for adam sandler from a site thinking it was ticketmaster but turned out to be ticketsmarter. I got my tickets the day before the concert everything went well. My only complaint was i bought the tickets in april and didnt receive them til june.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I bought tickets and got several emails saying the tickets were “ready to be claimed” but the link would either not work or take me to a page that said there were no tickets available. I called several times and they always had a new excuse and promised another email with the tickets. I checked my inbox, spam, clutter, junk multiple times and no such email ever arrived. I complained since my credit card was charged and I never got the tickets. Their reply to me was "As per the statements displayed at checkout, all sales are final. By placing your order, you agreed to our terms and conditions. We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or returns per this policy" Hope this spares other people the pain and anguish I endured over these. It was a birthday present for my wife. I don’t know how the purchase didn’t trigger a fraud warning on my cc after seeing so many people experiencing the same issue.
