MytickettrackerReviews of mytickettracker.com

Sucks that I have to give any stars. Scammed into purchasing from them. Haven't received tickets which were supposed to be delivered electronically. They've told Paypal that they have proof of sending the tickets, but I haven't received them, they don't answer their phone and they don't return messages. I will file a small court claim if I don't get my tickets soon. I am also never using Paypal again, they are complicit in this theft of my money.

If I could give them a negitive rating I would. SAVE yourself issues don't buy from them at this point I'm convinced they are a scam.

I got routed over to this site when trying to go to ticketmaster. I was so excited about buying 6 tickets to see the Rolling Stones that I didn't notice until after dropping $2000 on floor tickets. I was devastated. Their customer service was fine, at least they answer your call and reassure you. My tix weren't digital and they were to be mailed to me at least a week before the show. When nothing came, I was calling them 2x a day and they never had an answer for me as to WHY the tix weren't yet mailed. They just kept saying they needed to contact the seller and I felt like I was being pushed off and then no one ever got back to me. I cursed them out every day leading up to the show. I called them scammers and criminals and was in despair that I was going to have to tell my 5 friends I got scammed and wouldn't get to see Mick Jagger. They would say crazy things about overnight mailing me the tickets the day before the show and I'd lose my mind. Fast forward to Wednesday night (show was Thursday) and the tix were digitally transferred to me via ticketmaster. I still couldn't relax until the tix were scanned and we were there at The Stones show but they were legit. In retrospect, I'll take this as a learning experience and pay more attention going forward but I would most definitely never use this site again, the experience was too stressful. I feel like I'm obligated to post this review to help with other panicked consumers who are in the same position, waiting to see if they were robbed or not. When I was in your position, I googled the hell out of MyTicketTracker and all I saw were 1 star reviews saying it was a scam and I just wanted to cry. If you have already purchased your tickets, I suggest you relax and keep on them and remain optimistic. Good Luck!! Reason of review: Very stressful waiting until last minute for tickets.

Absolute, 100% Scam. Use Ticketmaster or Stubhub. They will ignore all correspondence and not honor artist refunds.

The tickets were supposed to come via email by a certain date. They did not come until the concert date and only a few hours before. This caused lots of stress. I will NEVER use them again.

This company obviously needs to face Federal charges and brought under investigation because of the many people they have ripped off. My wife and I purchased tickets for Earth, Wind, and Fire at the Chicago Theatre (Sunday 7/28/2019), and supposedly “protection insurance” through this “scam” company that markets itself as “BoxOffice- Tickets.com” and uses the “ticketmaster ” registered logo, but is falsely representing both of these companies. We were turned away at the door told that our tickets were already scanned. It is strictly a “third party” distributor hacked into these major companies networks with a “dummy-website” and a fraudulent-fake insurance company named “Allianz Global Assistance”. This company is supposed to be headquartered in Connecticut, but will not offer their address, nor complaint department, but only offers an email address of “fulfillment.....com” if you have a complaint...which most folks are finding out is a hoax as well. News channels should run a special story on this type of “scam” business as I’m sure they are making a “killing” at special events like big concerts,..etc. We lost a total of $294.31 in ticket “fees” and insurance plus $42.00 for 47 minutes parking in a nearby lot.

This is the worst place. You can not count on them to get you your tickets. I bought my tickets in January a week before the event I noticed I still don’t have my tickets. The day before the event on was on the phone non stop. An hour before the event as I was standing in front of the venue I was told sorry we are having difficulties there is noting we can do. They need to refund me back $304.95 because of their screw up

The company is filled with complete liars. I bought tickets that were supposedly mobile and were going to be emailed. Then at the last second they said I had to pick up in front of the box office. I called the person they told me to contact at the box office and he said he had no idea what I was talking about. They then said to go to will call. I went there and they never left the tickets.
