Hi, I made an error from my PayPal whilst trying to pay for an item and sent an email about the issue. My fear was that due to the time difference, I may be getting feedback the next day but to my surprise, I got a quick response with my request effected under 20 mins. Saved me a great deal of mental stress so I guess I can just sit back, and wait for my order. Thanks again guys!

I have the misfortune of living on a road with two identical house numbers (the newer number only distinguished by "The Village Mews") and so my package was delivered to the wrong number where a new tennant was unaware of the confusing and therefore returned my package. Naturally, this cannot be blamed on either MyPlay Direct or the delivery company, but I am glad to say both companies were impeccable in their assistance of getting a new package shipped to me.

I received quick response. Each issue was resolved and I received detailed descriptions and information. I am really really glad and satisfy!

The overall service is great.The agent's reply was fast and assuring which is very good .If only the orders were traceable,I would have given 5 stars and also if the company would have informed me about the stocks while I was placing my order.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I ordered the item on 27th November and still up to this very day I haven't received it. I got two emails from the customer service, the first one when I wrote to them asking about where my item was, and the second one a week ago, in which, a woman was asking me whether the address I ordered the item to, was correct (which, btw, was). I wrote two or three emails through their website with some unhelpful drop down menus and I still haven't heard from them ever since. I know that sending the package to Poland can be a real challenge, but the customer service in this company is a real drudgery. I advise you folks, think twice before ordering from that company. Or maybe I am that unlucky a person. I hope the customer service will read it, because this is unthinkable to me that a customer can be treated this way.

Ugh you have no idea how cooperative and beautifully the customer service has been to me. They did exactly what they were supposed to, with as much professionalism as possible, and answered my questions. I will definitely recommend them!!
