A more accurate estimate of lead times would be appreciated. Alternatively, an e-mail notifying customers of significant changes in shipment/delivery dates would be appreciated. In my case, I my order was originally estimated to be shipped on the 5th of February and is now estimated to be shipped on the 18th of March and is still subject to change. I only found this out by going to the website to check on my order.

The overall service is great.The agent's reply was fast and assuring which is very good .If only the orders were traceable,I would have given 5 stars and also if the company would have informed me about the stocks while I was placing my order.

I ordered Christmas gifts on December 7. As of 12/22, no one can figure out where they are. Lost in shipment? Who knows. UPS doesn't know. The post office doesn't know. I emailed the company 3 days ago and did not receive a response. Asked them to call me. Did not receive a call back. Could not find a phone number to contact them. I paid $9.00 to have them shipped via UPS to find out the items were dumped at an unknown post office. I asked the company to overnight replacement items. Of course, that did not happen. One thing they managed to do: Charge my credit card. Not very merry about Christmas being spoiled. 12/23/15 UPDATE: Thank you, MyPlayDirect, for the reply email. I appreciated reading that all I had to do for you to reship my items at no charge was to reply to your email. UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL. It will not go through your server. I'm not sure what that means, but I've tried to reply to the email 20 plus times on 3 different devices. I sent another email accessed through your website after sorting through the many drop down options. I included the order number and asked you to please reship the items. If you do receive notice of bad reviews and you read this update, please reship my items. I would certainly advise against you using UPS Mail Innovations in the future. I would gladly pay a higher shipping fee to reliably receive my items. I will be wrapping pictures of items my son should be opening on Christmas morning. 1/20/16 UPDATE: This review was originally a one star. The company made things right by reshipping lost items. I appreciate it so I am upgrading to a 4 star rating. I really would like to see your customer service "department" have a phone number for people to call. I would order from this site again. Reccomend ordering in October if item is a Christmas gift.

I had ordered a hat on pre-order on September 6, from the Neighbourhood Store, waited until October 30 for it to be shipped, then another week after that for it to arrive. Upon arrival, it was the wrong hat, still a great hat I do love it but still not the right one. I emailed customer service immediately, inquiring about the mix up. I received a response within one working business day and was able to converse with Dianne, who was very polite and helpful, apologizing for the error and thanking me for my patience. She went so far as to refund my original paid amount and informed me that the hats were on backorder until some unknown date. Although I did not get the right hat as soon as I could have, in the end I am overall very pleased with my experience and I will be able to enjoy two dope hats for no cost :) :) :)

I sent in a email inquiring as to why the website was saying they had stock of a certain item and yet when I went to purchase said item the website stated that they were out of stock. In the reply the agent (Steve) answered my question quickly , and informed me simply that the website had not been updated and that the tech team would get right on it. 4/5

My first ordering experience with Myplay was not all that great. The item I ordered was back ordered and not avail. to ship right away. When item came avail. I got no notice that it was avail. and about to ship. They tried to charge my card, I was a couple dollars short but had a different card I could use to purchase the gift I ordered. Instead my order was canceled. I contacted Customer service, they responded very quickly and gave me a discount for my troubles immediately. That was great. I placed another order, but I was a little nervous I had not received a confirmation. Again, contacted CS and got a very prompt response and confirmation that my order did go through and in fact had already shipped. I am happy with the PROMPT service they were able to provide.

I was very satiated with the service I received. My order arrived packed well and in excellent condition. The item also arrived within the time frame estimated. I was however concerned while waiting for my order to arrived, and became more concerned after accessing online help. This lead me to needing further assistance. I was provided with a tracking number on my confirmation that my order had been dispatched. That tracking link did not work. Using self help online I noticed that the international courier mentioned in the self hep was different to the actually company used. My order confirmation stated it was sent via TNT International, where has Self help indicated it would be UPS. So the information is incorrect, there was a temporary change, or I misunderstood the information i was accessing. I was concerned I was not able to track my order. Specially with the current sub standard service with my local post office. I would have much rather have paid more to ensure my order could be tracked from door to door. After having to make further enquirers I discovered that the company use meant the item could not be tracked at all. So why send me a tracking link at all. Better to leave the tacking section blank, or have a note attached, this order can not be tracked. I spent a lot of my time trying to have an item tracked that ended up to be not traceable. I would much preferred to have received that information upfront. The help team did bring me up to speed. They give me several options to follow if my item did not arrive within the expected time frame. The service team were quick. to the point, helpful and polite. So really my only issue was the order being sent with a different company that was not able to be tracked, and yet i was supplied with what I though was a tracking number. Hope this feedback helps. Note again I would have much rather have paid more to ensure my order was able to be tracked, especially as my order is not available in my country and was of great value to me, and this was my only means of getting the item. Don't use keeping the cost down as a reason, give us the choice. Thank you!

Using my iPhone. Survey options viewed in landscape mode best; portrait view cuts off half of buttons. At first I thought it odd top option was "Neutral" button only. Next question: 3 stars only viewable. Landscape mode showed 5 star option so I went back and corrected view on satisfaction question and finished survey in landscape view. (Also the screen didn't float to show 5 stars when in portrait view.) Thanks
