They remind you that you'll see the estimated delivery date when you continue and fill in your adress, but this was not the case. I only got to see the estimated delivery date after payment. Also I wanted to cancel my order 7 minutes after I bought the product. I contacted their customer support and got a reply after an hour saying that they couldn't cancel my order, because it was "already processed for shipment" after one hour when they received the order!. My shipment was planned two days after my order placement and they can't cancel this? Now they rather want me to send the item back as a refund when I receive it . The latest estimated day of delivery is on the 4th of May. So considering I have to sent it back to the United States it will probably take 1-2 months more before I get my refund. So instead of cancelling my order 1 hour after payment, they rather have me wait 3 months, sent the item from the States to the Netherlands and have me sent the item back from the Netherlands to the States for a refund. Absoluty stupendous. If they really can't cancel my order after it has been purchased one hour ago (7 minutes ago if you don't count the time I had to wait for a response by email), they really should restructure their system. I do not recommend this site/company for buying merchandise based on TV-series.

Men endnu værre var at produkter på lager efter en måneds ventetid, bliver sat til udgået og ens bestilling bliver annulleret. Kort sagt, så kan man ikke stole på dem, så bestil ikke noget fra dem, hvis det er til gave. UK: Products in stock are suddenly out of stock and delivered much later. And even worse, some products are after a long wait suddenly canceled. In short, you can't trust them if you are buying for a present.

I've had nothing but problems trying to deal with this company. I had some orders for Olly Murs Deluxe Signed CD's and and my Paypal was charged and the orders where supposed to have shipped on the 17th November, but I received absolutely NOTHING, and still haven't. I made it clear in my original complaint and subsequent follow up emails that I was no longer interested as I waited to long and wished to have all orders cancelled and refunded, and so got a reply to say it can't be cancelled as it is shipped, and to refuse any package if it turns up (as it would be returned and refunded.) ..... But nothing happened. LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR, I NO LONGER WANT THOSE ORDERS, I WANT MY MONEY BACK BEFORE I ASK PAYPAL TO DISPUTE THE TRANSACTIONS. I sent a further 2 email (with the support question ref) and have had ZERO response over a 2 week period. Disgusting customer service. My second complaint refers to an agreement that I would receive a partial refund for Little Mix Get Weird signed CD orders, again I was promised that the refunds where sent to the financial dept to process, but haven't received anything, again this was 2 weeks ago and ALL my follow up emails have been ignored. So MyPlayDirect, what precisely is going on with you at the moment ?, I'd like to know where my refunds are please. Time to redeem yourself. [EDIT 22/1/2016] I can confirm that all issues have now been resolved, all refunds have been confirmed as of today, it's just a shame it took a lot of unnecessary effort to get everything sorted. But it's now all over. thank you.

Still waiting for 2/3 of my order to arrive, after nearly 2 months. Items are "temporarily back ordered" with "estimated ship date unavailable." Exactly why are you selling items that you don't have? Are we waiting for a new factory to be built in China, or what? There are so many ways to make an honest living in the world. why waste time, money, and energy jerking people around?

I have ordered a special collectors tin of Breaking Bad with the opportunity to have the remember my name poster customized. After ordering I noticed the next day the price had come down by £5 so asked them if they could refund me the difference, I got an email the next day saying we are refunding you £5 back due to the price change. Upon tracking my order it says cancelled, I have had responses back from 4 individual people saying it has been escalated to technical but have had no answer to what's going on in over 1 and a half weeks. They still have my £81 and I have no item, not happy at all. No phone number for them either!!

I placed an order a week ago for two shirts from The 1975 store. On the website, it says these items are in stock and ship within 1-2 days. My order says there is an error and that I need to contact customer service. I do this, and receive an email back saying that the items are not in stock...what??? I just want to receive my shirts please. I do not understand why you sell items that aren't in stock? I need these for a present and will be very disappointed in they don't arrive in time.

I pre-ordered 1D's new album on 7th November. The album came out on the 17th November but no sign of my order so I contacted Customer Services to ask where it was & got this response: We apologize if your order has not yet shipped. We normally ship pre-orders before the official release date. I will check with our warehouse why your order hasn't shipped yet and will give you an update as soon as I find out. If your order ships in the meantime, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with shipping details. Then silence for 24hours and no change on the order status so I try emailing them again and eventually get this response: This is a follow up email with regard to your order (E50EA7247A) from MyPlay Direct's One Direction Store. Your order is scheduled to ship on Thursday, November 20th. Again, we're sorry for the delay and as a way of apology, we've requested a shipping refund (£1.69 GBP) from our billing department. We'll get back to you as soon as we hear back and gets a confirmation that a refund has been processed. As soon as you order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. So my pre-order for an album released on the 17th wasn't even going to ship until the 20th! I could have just waited until the 17th and walked into a shop. I'd also tried their Customer Services on Twitter who also told me it would ship on the 20th so I resigned myself to waiting until the 21st. So guess what no shipping confirmation email received today on the 20th which means it hasn't shipped! It still says 'processing' for the status which is what it's said since Monday so no change. And can I get any response out of them? NO! They don't respond to their stupid email support where you can only ask questions they specify. There's no telephone number so you can't speak to anyone and they seem to pick and choose who they reply to on Twitter. Absolutely rubbish. Never, ever buy from this dreadful company.

I ordered a digital download- the order went through, but the link seems to be broken, and it just keeps taking me back to the "Congrats, thanks for your order" page. The money has been taken from my PayPal already, but I still can't download what I ordered, and I haven't heard from anyone yet (just sent my 2nd message after hearing nothing in 24 hours). I'm just hoping I'm not out $10. :-(
