I recently purchased a collection of music that included past and future releases. Downloading the albums was seamless. When it came time to download the new album however, I had deleted my email and had no order number or link to get to it. I emailed customer service and within a couple days, on the weekend mind you, they had everything taken care of and I had my new music.

Purchased a Vinyl Lp with an expired download key, within minutes I had a response with the download!!! Sweet, Thank you!!

I purchased the Talking Is Hard vinyl and it was damaged. It kept skipping when I put on on my record player so I contacted myplaydirect.com customer service and within hours they responded and gave me a second vinyl for free! Extremely helpful and very fast response! Couldn't have asked for anything better and I will definitely be recommending myplaydirect.com to all of my friends and family.

Wonderful, I missed a track and I was disappointed. But then There was help. I focussed on that possibility and tried. And yes in very reasonable time I got help and my music Blue Smoke was again fully at my disposal. Thank you very much. And.... Both my wife and I love Dolly and her music. I have made multiple purchases from My Play Direct and always been 100% satisfied. I have had a slight issue with this order and it has been resolved to my delight with no fuss at all. . . 5 stars

I have ordered a special collectors tin of Breaking Bad with the opportunity to have the remember my name poster customized. After ordering I noticed the next day the price had come down by £5 so asked them if they could refund me the difference, I got an email the next day saying we are refunding you £5 back due to the price change. Upon tracking my order it says cancelled, I have had responses back from 4 individual people saying it has been escalated to technical but have had no answer to what's going on in over 1 and a half weeks. They still have my £81 and I have no item, not happy at all. No phone number for them either!!

well i had lost my downloads but there were very helpful and said sorry to me and they sorted out for me resend me a link to download all my songs i order of myplaydirect so i would say big thank you to them xx

Ordered items through shopthewalkingdead.com on 11/24. Received email confirmation but then nothing. Ordered from Amazon after that and received everything. So on 12/1 I checked my order status and 5 out of 7 items said "There is an error with your order. Please contact Customer Service." Waded my way through their horrible CS on the site to complain. Got an email back the next day saying the order was stuck in the system but it is fixed now and will ship between 12/2 and 12/16 arriving between 12/4 and 12/29 (after Christmas). So I replied to the email stating I would be returning anything that didn't arrive before Christmas. They emailed back to let me know I needed to get an RMA number prior to returning anything and the email had a link to my order status so I clicked the link and the order status again had 5 of the 7 items as ""There is an error with your order..." So I went to Amazon, found all the items, purchased them, told myplaydirect.com to cancel my order entirely. Now let's see what happens from hear.
