I bought a record from a third party, and the album's liner notes included a download link/code. When I went to retrieve it, I was unable to get the link to work. I was a little worried because I didn't buy the music directly from myplaydirect, but I got a very quick response with a new link that worked perfectly! All in all, I was very pleased with the help, especially considering I bought the record from somewhere else.

I SO much want to purchase The Complete Seasons of The Talking Dead DVD'S, just as I have The Complete Seasons of The Walking Dead! To me they are inseparable ...... like salt & pepper shakers! :-) I LOVE Chris and all the guests! It's amazing, to me, how The Talkers Show can actually clear up questions I have about The Walkers Show! They go hand in hand!! PLEASE consider releasing these for purchase, "The Complete Seasons of The Talking Dead Shows" Janice!

I had the wrong shipping address in. Gabriel fixed it within a few hours and and sent me a new order receipt. Lastly Gabriel statedto them know if I needed any other assistance. Most company's are so robotic.

I received a damaged Ricky Martin poster , I contacted you and got a timely response. You very quickly sent me a new poster. I appreciate my dealings with you. For future shipping please note , my poster would not have been damaged if the packer had not bent the tube the poster was in. My order came in a BIG box and if the tube would have been placed near the top of the box ( corner to corner ) there would have been room for it , instead they bent it to sit at the bottom ???

I am so happy with the customer service I received through this site. I ordered Black Messiah and received a damaged vinyl; I thought it was my record player that was causing the vinyl to skip on every song, but when I played another brand new vinyl it played perfectly. I was pretty bummed so I contacted customer service to see what my options were, especially since I already opened and played the vinyl. An agent named Chris responded within the same day and apologized, and let me know he placed another order (free of charge!) for a new Black Messiah vinyl, and even said that I didn't have to worry about sending back the defective copy. I received my new vinyl today (free 2-day shipping was included!!) and it works great. Thank you guys so much!! I am beyond satisfied and even surprised by the quality of the customer service I received.

i live in Chile. Use myplay.me every time I buy an album . This time there was a problem downloading one of the tracks , and emailed Customer Service. Within 24 hours they respond with the solution. Very efficient and friendly attention. Thank You!

Ordered a shirt in November, sent back for an exchange as my wife wanted a different size. One month later they sent me an email to say they no longer had the size requested, but not to worry, I wasnt going to be charged as it hasnt shipped yet. I informed them that i was already charged for the initial order and would like a refund. Entered into some weird groundhog day hell of emails where their only response was to tell me that i didnt need a refund since the item never shipped since it was out of stock. It is obvious they dont read emails, or are too stupid to actually process the information and respond with anything that isnt a template response. It should be telling that there is no phone number, almost always means the company has terrible customer service. Either way, I hate this company, and if you ever need anything from their customer service, there is a good chance you will too.
