I love this device. I have chronic pain from endometriosis, pcos, IC, and PFD. This has gotten me through countless 12 hour shifts as a RN in the ICU. The case could be improved. The compartment for the flowers is awkwardly small. I understand the wanted to keep the whole thing small but it makes the flowers bend unnecessarily and damages the cord.

I ordered this over 4 months ago and it has yet to materialise. I have had several exchanges with the customer service team who insist that the parcel is at my local post office. I can assure you, it isn't. They have checked and confirmed that it has been returned to the sender. All I am asking for is a refund after 4 months of waiting for an overdue delivery. The customer service team doesn't seem to understand this simple request. Posting this in the hopes of actually having this matter resolved. UPDATE: After reaching out an Trustpilot, Livia have agreed to a full refund and have additionally sent me another Livia unit. I hope this time it arrives! They also offered a gift card as a form of compensation. The post sales support has been great, but very different from the regular CS team who seem inexperienced.
