I bought this as I suffer from Endometriosis. It’s changed my life entirely as my pain isnt only during my cycle. I get flare ups of Endometriosis every month which makes me unable to function. With the Livia I have been able to stay at work and function much closer to normal. Normally my body almost locks itself with the severe pain it is going through. With Livia I have been off my pain medication. I suggest to buy extra sticky pads if you have to move it around often to follow the pain like I have been doing. Most adhesives irritate my skin as I have a sensitive skin but Livias pads are great and I havent had any reactions to it even after having it on for 24 hours. The device is tiny, it is discreet and can be worn at all times without being embaressed or having to walk with a heavy machine! I recommend Livia to everyone who sufferes from pain. If it has worked for me and my Endo, it will definately work for period cramps as they are not as severe as Endo flare ups. Livia is my hero and by far my best friend. Thank you to the Livia Team for introducing such a great device to the market. Parfait! Produit efficace et de bonne qualité, packaging très beau. Je l’ai toujours sur moi, dès que j’ai mal, je le met en place et mes douleurs diminuent nettement et tout de suite, c’est fou! Je le garde toute la journée, j’ai même déjà passé une nuit en le portant. J’ai pu diminuer ma prise d’antidouleurs. Je recommande.

I waited 7 weeks for my Livia. I spoke to Livia after 4 weeks and was told that it hadn't actually been shipped because of a wrong address. My address was correct?! but if they were concerned about my address, no one had bothered to contact me to rectify, it seems it just wouldn't have been sent. I was then left with a £36 import charge when it did arrive (3 weeks after this), after buying it with 'free worldwide shipping'. When I emailed asking why I was being fined so much, I was simply told it was in your Terms and Conditions. No apologies for the service I have received, no attempt to resolve the situation or discuss it with me. I tried to leave a review on facebook but was subsequently blocked. Have never been this unhappy with customer service in my life and have now paid an awful lot of money for effectively a tens machine that i could've bought in boots..........
