The company is a complete scam. They take your money and don’t look back. I got the subscription 8 months ago and have only received anything once. I have called and emailed multiple times only to get no response and the times I have gotten a response, all they do is make excuses as to why I can’t cancel. They say management is out for 4 months and only they can cancel it. How are you going to force someone to continue to pay for a product they don’t want, that is borderline illegal if not fully illegal. The entire “company” is probably only led by a few people who pretend to be a real company. They delete, filter, and create fake reviews to falsify their product. Hey Ran, I hope you see this, but even if you do you’ll just delete it anyway. In short, I wouldn’t touch any products this “company” ever puts out even if it were free.

I have endometriosis and the Livia has managed to considerably reduce my pain when the cramps kick-in, and often it's removed the pain completely. Some months are worse than others and on bad months it doesn't manage to stop the pain but it certainly helps to make it more manageable. Because of the electric pulses it's difficult to exercise with it on but day-to-day tasks are simple.

Love my Livia! I have endometriosis and this has been a lifesaver! The pain use to be so bad that I would be in bed for a few days. Now I have help with the cramps and back pain! Shipping may be a little slow, but it is worth the wait!

Livia is a great solution for painful periods. It is easy to use and has a strong battery that keeps you pain free for the whole day. It lives up to what it advertises and then some. The customer service of Livia has been exceptional and they provided tracking immediately. The delivery was quick and easy. I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience with Livia and will continue to use them in the future.

I’d say its a hit or miss, the actual product is great but service depends. I paid monthly for awhile and received no replacement pads, but once I sent in a request for an issue, I wasn’t feeling anything they were quick to respond and send me a free flower pad connection and replacement pads. After that I received pads monthly til I lost my card and forgot to put the new one online. Overall I recommend the product because it does work to block pain from cramps. If your cramps are intense some pain may still be felt but it is nothing compared to before. I use to lie in bed for two days at the beginning and then the end of my cycle but with Livia I just turn it on and I am good.

I ordered this product directly from their website on May 22nd. I was told it would take a couple weeks to receive. Cool, no problem. A couple weeks later, I still had not received the product and the pads shipped while also charging me another $8. After waiting another couple weeks and not receiving anything, I emailed "customer service" to cancel my orders and get a refund on both products. I received a refund for the pads but never the device itself. I have now reached out to "customer service" multiple times since then to try and get my refund with absolutely no response now. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!

I've had my Livia since its Indiegogo campaign. It has worked well, it keeps on charging, the cords and flower pads continue to work well. I really appreciate the compact size, and especially that it's proven to be effective. I relied a lot on medication for my cramps before and this has helped me reduce and pretty much eliminate the need for taking them anymore. Definitely worth it! I now have a toddler and I feel just as comfortable running after her during or outside my period thanks to my Livia.
