I received exceptional service. The response was quick, and they were always very pleasant and eager to help me find the best solutions for my needs. I purchased the device with high hopes that it might help relieve my menstrual pain, but unfortunately, it did not help at all, and I was very disappointed. It may be something specific to me, or it may not be, but either way, there is very little risk in trying it. If the device does not work for you, you can simply return it and receive a refund, just as I did. When I contacted them about returning it, she told me that I didn't even need to send it back and that she would simply refund the full amount I had paid for the device. Truly outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Look brilliant product tbf... but I had to send my unit back after after a few months for warranty. That would've been fine except I never received the replacement unit, and then was given the run around, and then straight up ghosted. I tried to cancel my sub because while I was still being sent the pads, I still had no unit and had to go through my bank to cancel. I bought an Ova and nearly 12 months after I had sent it back and been categorically ignored through all channels that I finally got the replacement. No sincere apologies, or explanation, nothing. It just turned up in the mail one day. Will never trust this company again. Ps the Ova works just as well and the pad shape is more comfortable. No stabby stabby petals.

when starting to use Livia the battery life were much longer. I got my new Livia about 20 months ago and the battery life is very short and unhelpful during the day

It has helped me with my period pain

Cet appareil fait des miracles, dès lorsque j'ai une crise d'endométriose, cela s'estompe au bout de 20 minutes. Malheureusement, il reste encore pour moi deux gros points à s'améliorer : le fil accroché du boitier s'enlève rapidement (il m'est déjà arrivé qu'il se décroche et tombe par terre alors que j'étais en ville), et deuxièmement, les deux fils accrochés au pad sont très fragiles. L'utilisant pratiquement tous les jours à cause de mes crises, les fils se cassent, devant alors faire appel à ma garantie pour l'échanger.. et oui étant souffrante d'endo, je l'utilise nuit et jour donc il aurait fallu un fil plus résistant .. en espérant que dans quelques années un nouveau prototype soit plus résistant, car son efficacité est top !

* Update: after contacting livia via Facebook messenger, I was able to get a refund on my subscription and get an extended free period. My livia was shipped out the next day and I am in Australia so it will take a while to arrive. Although the customer service was originally poor, after some pushing I got somewhere. Previous review: Ordered the Livia tens machine over a month ago and it still says “awaiting shipment”, I have contacted customer service and they have not replied within the 3 days they said they would. I saw so many bad reviews on their customer service, should have listened. Especially weird since they made it a whole big thing when I first ordered it. Very disappointed.

Zunächst einmal möchte ich betonen, dass das Produkt bei mir wirklich hilft und ich möchte es auch nicht mehr hergeben. Allerdings habe ich nie auch nur einmal Nachschub in Form von Pads erhalten. Das Abo wird allerdings fleißig seit Mai 2021 abgebucht. Nun wollte ich mein Passwort zurücksetzen, aber der Link in der Mail führt auch nur zurück auf die Website anstatt ein neues Passwort zu vergeben. Außerdem wurde vor Kurzem bei mir Endometriose festgestellt, was mich zu folgendem Gedanken bewegt: Frauen, hört auf eure Schmerzen, anstatt sie blind zu betäuben. Jahrelang habe ich nach besseren Schmerzmitteln etc. gesucht und war auch sehr glücklich darüber, dass mir Livia hilft. Allerdings rückte so in den Hintergrund, dass meine monatlichen Schmerzen nicht mehr normal waren, sondern bereits starkes Anzeichen für Endometriose. Leider hat mein Frauenarzt, der sich damit nicht auskennt und meine Schmerzen jahrelang nicht ernst nahm, in keiner Weise reagiert. Jetzt habe ich den Salat und die Endo wuchert bereits in Blase und Darm hinein, kann zu Organversagen und künstlichen Ausgängen führen. Wenn ihr also denkt, eure monatlichen Schmerzen gehen über den "normalen" Rahmen hinaus, dann tun sie es vermutlich bereits! Sucht euch in dem Fall eine Frauenärztin, die auch nachvollziehen kann, ob die Schmerzen noch "normal" sind oder nicht.
