The website wouldn't letting me get my free pads I haven't received them in years I have the subscription for my livia machine and the flower pads I had stop working and I lost them so needed more didn't know I get free flowers pads every year . I wanted to use my livia machine because I just had back surgery and I know my period was going to be horrible especially my back. They fixed tbe issue for me and let me know it will be shipped soon. So can't wait I need it.

Worst customer service. I have been begging for my replacement device to be sent to me for over six months now. Every time customer service says it ship soon, the last time I was told in a few days. It feels like I'm just being given the runaround to continue with a service that has no intention of upholding the terms of their agreement. I will be reporting to consumer services and doing chargebacks going forward. *update* I have been told that the replacement is now shipping, I will update once I receive the order. I only received shipping info once my review was posted.

My electrodes got damaged after few months. They gave a new pair for free. By mistake, it was sent to another address. They sent me another pair for free to the right place, and even made it an express shipment so it came in time. The customer service was communicative and highly responsive.

Ordered 7 days ago and paid $40 for 2-day shipping. No one responds to emails, and it looks like the order will not arrive. It's my second order that has not come to me from Livia. Very weird.

Adi was very understanding and very helpful, explained the answers to my concerns in great detail so that I understood everything and came up with the exact solution to my issue. I really appreciate the help!
