My experience has been pleasant so far. I still think there should be more sticky pads, or the option to add more, and more intensity settings, but that just comes with time and updates... For the most part my pain goes away while wearing it. Very rarely do I get super intense pain, but when I do it takes most of it away to where it’s a very faint pain.

Livia really helped me with my period pain because I have endometriosis 🥰

** update as of 9/5/21 I emailed them again as requested below and was given a tracking number and told 7-10 days which doesn’t help my period that I have currently but okay, I was also give other discounts due to waiting so long, this I was happy with. I am overall happy with the solution let’s hope I get everything they promised** So I am still waiting a month for the device to get here. I ordered this device during my last period because I just couldn’t stand the pain anymore, I saw there was a delay but ordered anyway hoping that it really wouldn’t take a month to get. Well fast forward to getting my period and now still waiting for the device. I had to go out an buy a different device in store. I know things are rough but a month wait time for a product is a little ridiculous.

Unfortunately this device didn’t work for me. And if you too are like me, though they promise a full refund…I’ve been waiting months!!! And I had to pay the return postage, & you can’t return it until I think it was 3-6 months, over which time they charge subscription fees you can’t cancel until device is returned. So very frustrating and expensive mistake. And their claims of refund if it doesn’t work appear to be false.

I’m very thankful for my Livia. My cramps are horrendous on the first day, and using Livia helps me get things done. Without it I’m unable to move around. I recommend Livia to my friends with cramps!

My livia completely changed my life!! I went from being unable to get out of bed, having to call into work a lot, and missing out on so many activities to having my life back. As a teacher, being able to put this tiny device discretely on and use throughout the work day made the biggest difference. My cramps went from a horrendous pain to almost non-existent. So worth the money!!

10/10 product is a life saver and the customer service is great. Their subscription service is *chef kiss* totally worth it. If you have chronic pain or really bad period pain absolutely recommended
