Slow to ship, otherwise great!
Little slow on shipping, but otherwise great! Pretty simple, and convenient. Have already recommended the service to someone else.

Easy to use but there were multiple shipping errors, delays with results, and customer service does not answer or call back but will return emails.

The time lapse from sample to result is way to long! I've tried more then once as a test and you fail
you fail on time from shipping to results

Disappointed
Never got my test results nor another test kit since they never received my first one with my samples.
