A little slow but good service and great anonymous way to get checked

The only complaint is that customer service is not always available via phone but overall was great!

You can't beat the convenience and privacy of myLAB Box, and even though the price point is a little high, it's clear that you're getting a high quality service, so it's worth it. My only negative is that the instructions for getting HIV test results say that you can call in anytime for results, when in fact there is a call center that is only open during EST business hours. They told me this was temporary due to a problem with their results reporting phone lines, but they also told me the same thing a year ago. Overall, though, good service, and an easy way to improve access to a vital health care service.

I was never told my results.

I asked my doctor to test me but was only sent for urinalysis of 2 STIs. Came back negative but it was all on my chart for everyone to see for every appointment.. it was so embarrassing! Getting a mole removed and their like.. oh I see you had STI tests! Ugh. So I wanted more tests but some privacy. I am so pleased with this service.

A lot cheaper and improves dignity in uncomfortable situations regarding checking your health status, very pleased with prompt services and everything it advertises it delivers! Thanks for peace of mind

Whether you're just being safe or have a reason to check, this sort of product and experience is inherently nerve wracking, but myLAB was great all the way through. The delivery was quick and inconspicuous, the testing was done in under 30 minutes with minimal materials, return label was easy, and results were delivered within 4 business days. I didn't know what to expect from this sort of product, but it was everything I wanted and needed it to be. I can't recommend it enough. One point though, if you get a test bundle, be sure you know what's being bundled vs. their standalone tests. After I took the bundle test it recommended similar products on the site, which were standalone tests I had already taken within my bundle but it made me think I hadn't tested for it. Example, if I buy ABC product, don't then try to sell me A, or B or C after that. Aside from that though, really great.

It's the most easiest, Painless and quick results procedure I've ever done. Awesome
