Ordered $399 Male Test Kit, and received a test that was missing the oral swab and anal swab (unisex tests), yet included two (duplicate) female specific swab tests. Only urine and blood tests were included. Very poor quality control over shipping, I hope testing is not the same. No reply from customer service yet as to when I can expect the correct kit (already paid for btw). Also, the contents could barely fit in the box. Update: Company has contacted me and stated "The label on the swab is incorrect, but the swab is the standard swab used for these tests". Okay, but not sure if that means they sent me still the wrong kit but it will still work, or if they intended to send it marked this way and I'm just suppose to know it's okay. The swabs are marked "female" with pictures/instructions showing insertion into a vagina. Not something I would expect to receive in a "male" test kit.

Easy and fast to use.

It allowed me to test from home. I received all the correct parts and it worked wonderfully. Thankfully they were negative. I ordered another one to keep up on things.

Waiting time for a physician once the results were in was a little frustrating. I also feel like there should be a discount for people with positive results for the second test.

Match your symptoms to the disease info, order the test, get checked, get it taken care of. Being afraid and sick is so much worse than knowing and taking care of yourself. Seriously, if you have a worry, just check it,

The HIV test was supposed to have an automated phone line to get the results. That is not the case, and I still dont know my results.
