Our biggest issue is with how the times for results is shown. If you check the main website it states "Accurate results in 1 to 5 days" However, this is far, far......let me repeat FAR from the truth. Shipment took a while We paid for expedited shipment, Ordered it on 9/17 By 9/22 I still had not received an update Had to email the service desk Received a reply, and finally arrived on 9/24 (that is with expedited shipment of $15) Here is the big issue we have: We shipped our kits back on Friday 9/25 Delivered on Monday 9/28th Results were provided Thursday October 8th for one and the other a few days later. So the claims of results in 1 - 5 days Far cry from reality, and it is just frustrating that we put time and effort based on what the web site says, however the reality was just a marketing statement, not a factual one. Will not use again

If I could rate them zero stars I would. Took forever to receive the box with no tracking or update as to when I would receive it. After scraping multiple body parts and excessive blood requirements I overnighted the results in the hopes of receiving speedy results. Radio silence from the company for a MONTH with no results and then finally a customer service rep sent me a note requesting that I order a completely new kit. I demanded a full refund and they refused multiple times offering only a 25% discount on the existing order with a brand new kit and samples required. I don't have a lot of hope I'll ever receive a refund from this awful scam of a business. STAY AWAY

The registration process suggests a sticker that wasn't present anywhere in my testing kit. Also, the registration number printed on the card next to the QR code wasn't accepted by the website. When I contacted tech support, they sent me a secret registration page that wasn't linked anywhere on their website, calling it a "manual registration". Another support email sent minutes later asked me which lab my return sample was addressed to, asking me if it was "Lab A" or "Lab B". The answer was a different lab altogether. And what's worse, they obviously had no idea where my return sample was actually going! When I'm sending someone my blood, I expect the operation to be buttoned-up, with an IT infrastructure that allows them to know what was sent to whom. When I said that I couldn't trust them with a sample of my blood and asked for a refund, they refused, citing company policy. I strongly recommend against working with this company. Given how disorganzied they seem to be, you'll never know where your biological sample and data may be going to, even if everything seems to go okay.

So I got a colon cancer kit sent to me, I send it back but when I tried to register the kit it wouldn't let me. I sent email after email asking for help. They sent me another registration number to try. Which didn't work. I begged them to give me a phone number so I could speak with someone, which they didn't. After 2 months of getting nowhere, I see that they sent an email saying they have resolved the web site issue, try registering my kit again. So I do and it worked. But they can't give me my results because it's been to long to test my sample. They offered to send me another kit for $50. Which i declined. This company is terrible and I wouldnt use them

This company is a scam! Please stay away! You’ll never receive your refund as promised.

They sent two return labels with no explanation. Also I purchased under the pretense this was a fully at home test. Only reason I used this company is because it was HSA eligible. Better off spending 50$ less to use a not HSA company.

I ordered a hormone panel. My Dr was planning on testing me in a month and a half. I just wanted a head start look at my hormones to see what’s going on. I ordered the kit, they never provided a tracking number. It eventually arrived. I did the test, pricked my finger for the blood. I mailed it in. I emailed them asking for the results. They said they made an error on their end with reading the results. They said I would have to test again and they would mail the kit out again l. I asked for a refund and explained by the time I go through all of this again I will be testing with my dr. They did not honor the refund.

Ordered a testing kit, did everything, shipped it back to them and… never heard anything from them… don’t bother with these guys, either use everlywell or just go in person and get it done.
