Peace of mind is the easy choice
The kits are easy to use, the results are timely, and the customer service is friendly. While they aren't cheap, the peace of mind is priceless! And the kits are HSA/FSA eligible.

I ordered my glp-1 kit and got it in…
I ordered my glp-1 kit and got it in about 5 days. Sent it in and waited a little over a week with no test updates. I reached out to support to see what was up and they responded right away and started looking into it. I had my results later that same day. I was happy with the results and had no issues other than needed to bump them for results report. Will try again in the future and recommend to those who do not like the experience of in person labs and testing.

Convenient but a little slow for results
Communication was fine. They changed labs after I shipped so it took over two weeks for results (I believe they advertise 5- 8 days). The kits are expensive, but there are usually coupons for significant savings so do a little research before buying. Very convenient and easy to use in your own home- that's what I went this way.

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service, had some issues with registering the test kit, but was resolved with great ongoing communication by their Cust Service group. Very happy, will use them again.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Had an issue with registration code (I think the cashier at Walgreens forgot to activate the test) but customer service chat took care of everything. I will using this test for a Testosterone reading pre-fast, and then again post-fast + 1 month of carnivore diet...

The online experience was not easy but..
The online experience was not easy, but the assistant, Victoria, helped me get through it. We will see what the results show. Apparently, the drugstore did not register my purchase. So that made that part difficult.
