myLAB Box was the greatest discreet testing my partner and I have ever taken part of. I enjoy not having to go into a clinic, waiting for it to be my turn to get tested. The test itself took no more than 15 minutes out of the box and back into a package to be shipped back out. Easy to read instructions so you make no mistake and no awkward interactions. This was my first time using myLAB Box. They were able to honor a sale they had going on even without me having ordered before or hearing about the sale prior to purchase. Thanks Jill! During the time of registration to be sent to the lab, I tried registering both my partner and my samples to my account. Apparently we each had to have our own separate accounts and I was notified by myLAB Box representative Jade who helped get that setup while the package was on it's way to the lab. Stress free. Thanks Jade! The customer service was fantastic! Both customer service representatives were very personable and responded extremely fast. This made the experience very pleasant. The samples arrived to their lab within a couple days. It only took them another couple days to get results back to me. Real fast! Didn't even have to wait anxiously for the results. Overall, my experience with myLAB Box was the best... ever. 10/10 would use again!

5 STARS! This company is great for anyone who wants to do this discretely, or simply does not have the time to take off of work to go to a doctor's office. They have a ton of different offerings on their website so that you can really pick and choose what you would like to be tested for. Directions for registering your LAB Box and gathering your samples are very easy to understand. I think it is also great that they send you a pre-paid packing label so that you can literally just drop the box at the post office or place it in your mail box. The entire process is simple and stress free. I would definitely use them again and would encourage anyone thinking about it to go ahead and get tested! I think everyone should consider this test especially if you are nervous about talking to your doctor or going to a clinic. Its pretty discrete and total time from Order and to results were like a week and a half. Instructions are clear and sample collection is easy. Will definitely use again for periodic testing.

My only complaint is I would like to see my results or to be able to review my results longer

I have a male name and specified "male" when ordering and I was send a damn female kit. Very poor attention to detail in the shipping center. When you're scared and want to get tested as quickly as possible and they can't be reached by phone and take a day plus to email back- that is absurd. Very disappointed. Hope their testing quality is good but unless they completely send me a new box or refund me for the trouble and extra worry I probably won't be using them again.

The customer service is just appalling. I mean, you can tell by the copy and paste "apology + excuse" response they're throwing at the end of every bad review here. There was just mistake after mistake- the payment went through twice and took weeks to be refunded, the box mysteriously went missing and had to be re shipped, when it finally arrived it only contained a small portion of the items (so they had to send out a second box with the remaining items). Good luck getting them on the phone or having them email you back- the whole experience was just so tiresome and time consuming, especially at such a high cost. I just bought this because of the novelty of it, but in the future im going to simply go to the doctor. It's miles quicker, easier, friendlier. Everyone should be getting checked for std's if they're sexually active, so it's not like I'm ashamed. All in all, cute idea but I could not in good conscience recommend this to anyone.
