Excellent customer service too early to report on the impact of using my Innovo.

Works but has quality issues. I believe the Innovo product does work as described however, there are quality issues with it. I have been using Innovo since January 1, 2021 and I am on my 4th pair of pants. I am able to use them for roughly 2 to 3 weeks and then start receiving a failure message that requires that the pants be replaced and I lose at least a week waiting for replacements to arrive. Innovo has replaced them under warranty but I do lose what I've gained while they are being shipped. I have begun this journey 4 times now - hoping for better results this time around.

Trying for first time hope it works

This was the simplist transaction I have had with Innovo. I knew what I wanted and it was realy easy. I did not need any advice or assitance so it was really quick to place the order and the Pads were delivered ahead of the suggested date. Thanks.

Fantastic wish I had found them years ago 6 weeks into my 12 week course and even now it's made such a difference really nice only having to wear a small pad instead of a bulky thing Hopefully it will improve more Very happy 😊

I saw your product presented on The View tv program and decided to go on your website. It was very easy to navigate, but decided to speak to someone personally. I was lucky enough to have Emma answer my call. Emma was very professional, yet warm and easy to talk to about my personal situation. We discussed the product and how it related to my needs. She was extremely honest with me, explaining why the Innovo would not be an appropriate solution to my specific needs. Emma, of course, suggested I talk to my physician. I did this afternoon and he agreed with Emma. Thank you so much for the integrity of your product and most of all, your excellent representative. I so appreciate Emma’s knowledge, professionalism, communication skills and most of all, honesty.
