My Innovo arrived a few days late from Fed Ex but when it got here, I was impressed. It was delivered in a nice, beautiful white and teal box with a complete booklet for instruction, as well as a quick set up guide. I was able to read and understand the program with ease. I set up the controller to charge...usually takes 5 hours . I have no real questions or hesitations after reading and familiarizing myself with how the program works. I will be excited tomorrow to start my first of 12 weeks to hopefully a much better way of life, then the one I have been living since 2013...It is definelty worth trying...my physician had pretty much written me off as someone that just can't deal with this incontinence...well maybe in 12 weeks... I can tell her I have had a cure...from My Innovo!

I have not received my product. Fed ex keeps telling me it’s in transit.

So, I'm 3 days in on this health project & am thrilled that I heard about this product. It works exactly as described & I can't wait to see my results as I go along.

I received the product within a week after I ordered it, and began using it the very first day. I have been using it everyday since, since April 26th. The instructions were easy to understand, and I look forward to seeing results.

So far so good. I suggest sizing down on the shorts. I got the 4 and too large in the leg. Had to take in the seam and need to do it a bit more as the sensors keep telling me so. Got double charged at first and resolved that in a week. Once I sent them the details on that I got a credit back quickly. You need to commit to this and I know it will work. If you are a “quitter”, don’t bother, it’s not a magic pill, you have to work at this.

I am very impressed by the customer service. They readily replaced my first shorts which were too big for me, probably due to my inexact measurements. The replacement shorts worked for about two weeks before developing a persistent problem with pad 3. Following the troubleshooting call they offered to replace the shorts with their garments offering. I am hopeful.

Having measured the parts that the company suggest, I ordered these shorts according to the size guide, received them really quick so excited, only to find they were to big, the 4 pads around the legs just didn’t have any contact. Phone them explained the issue with the shorts, no problem, they couldn’t exchange due to the virus, so another pair were sent out, tried these, I have no 3,7 on the control, tried them again this morning, no 7 only showing on the control, but couldn’t increase above 11 as this was so uncomfortable, phoned Innovo again, explained again the issue, they now have arranged for the original to be collected so they could issue a refund, but they couldn’t exchange originally due to the virus. I have used the garment for over a year, didn’t notice much difference. Innovo have suggested that I might have an medical issue, got this checked as the doctors have opened now, they said they couldn’t see any problems, maybe my morphology was not used when these shorts were tested. Customer service is second to none, just a shame they don’t work for me, and so expensive
